CAT login ID is required for performing various exam related activities like registration, application form submission, fee payment, form correction, raising queries, accessing CAT tutorial, appearing for CAT mock test as well as downloading admit card, answer keys, and result.

The CAT login credentials can also be used for all IIM admission related activities like checking PI shortlist, filling PI form, checking selection status, confirming acceptance of admission offer, etc. This article explains what is CAT login ID and its use. Read below all about CAT exam login.

What is CAT Login ID? Purpose and Usage

CAT login ID is the personalised credential provided to each registered candidate. They can use CAT login to –

  • Fill CAT 2026 application form
  • Edit/view and submit CAT online application form
  • Download CAT admit card 2026
  • Download CAT answer key and response sheet
  • File objection against official answer key (if any)
  • Check and download CAT result 2026
  • Check IIM shortlist status for WAT-PI
  • Fill IIM shortlist form for WAT-PI
  • Other IIM admission related activities 

 How to Create CAT Login 2026?

Creating the CAT 2026 login will be the first step of application submission. Candidates can create the CAT login from their desktop/laptop or mobile devices. Given below is the process to create CAT 2026 login: 

  • Visit the CAT 2026 website: iimcat.ac.in
  • Click on the New Candidate Registration button under the Registration tab 
  • Enter name, date of birth, email ID, country name, mobile number and then click on generate OTP
  • Enter the OTP received on the mobile phone/email ID 
  • Fill CAPTCHA code to validate
  • Once the OTP bas been validated, the CAT ID and password will be sent to you in registered email ID

To use CAT 2026 login for downloading admit card, answer key or checking result; candidates have to use the same registration ID and password. Therefore, candidates will be required to keep their CAT 2026 login details related e-mail and text message till the last phase of admissions. But in case, candidates forget the CAT ID or password for CAT 2025, they will be able to retrieve it.

How to Recover CAT Login 2026 User ID and Password?

To recover your CAT 2026 login password, you can go to the candidate login page on the official CAT website:

  • Go to IIMCAT login page
  • Click on Forgot User ID/Password? A new page will open
  • On this page, you need to enter the email address used while registering for the CAT and CAPTCHA security code as given in the image
  • You can get a new image if you are not able to understand the text in the given image by clicking ‘Refresh Icon to Get New Image’ on the right side of the screen
  • Finally, click on Get User ID/Password button at the bottom of the page
  • You will receive CAT Login User ID/Password on your registered e-mail address

SAGE University, Indore has not mentioned any other accepted entrance exams other than SEE for MBA courses. Generally, CAT is an accepted entrance exam for MBA courses. Therefore, candidate should get confirmation by asking this from admission desk.

No, CAT is not compulsory to get admission in TITE - Templecity Institute of Technology and Engineering. The college accepts entrance exams such as: OJEE/ATMA/CAT/MAT. Candidates wishing to get admission into this programme should have passed graduation with at least 50% marks.
