Other: The program consisted of 4 modules Learning and Development mgmt Master Trainer & Facilitator Psychometric Testing Instructional Designing The program was a f2f delivery, with individual projects and assignment, each module was conducted f2f in 2 days (sat and sun), the assignments, assessments and case studies helped to build the formative knowledge.
