Freshers’ experience at university.

Placements: From the last batch, 84 percent of students got placed, and all students completed 1 year of internship, as it is compulsory. The roles offered after completion are OT Technician, Anesthesia Technician, and Critical Care Technician, due to the work experience in the ICU.

Infrastructure: The university has a well-developed infrastructure. All necessary facilities are available. It includes AC classrooms, a library, and free Wi-Fi across the campus. Labs have updated equipment, with two lab classes scheduled weekly. Theory classes held in lecture or seminar rooms with a capacity of 270+ seats.

Faculty: Faculty is very helpful and answers all doubts, including those not directly related to the curriculum but useful for overall knowledge. The staff is well-educated. Semester exams are easy and based on the syllabus and things taught in class. With daily revision, everyone can pass the exams.

Other: I want to join the paramedical field, and faculty of this course is the best. I wish there were one more library due to the crowd sometimes, but otherwise everything is good and balanced. Since joining, I have witnessed Universsum 2025, which is a lifetime memory with Harrdy Sandhu.

Placements: Placement is almost 100%. The highest package of our college is around 20 LPA. The average package is 3 LPA-4 LPA. Top recruiters are TCS, Infosys, Deloitte, Wipro, etc. Internship programs are well. Top roles are as employees and some higher positions an be achieved.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is average like no Wi-Fi on campus, labs are well-equipped, and library is also good. In classrooms, AC doesn't work sometimes. The rooms of the hostels are nice but the mess is not good and the food quality is low. There are hardly sports facilities. Medical facilities are also good as it has it's hospital nearby.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and helpful. Their teaching quality is nice. There are extra tutorial lectures to clear the spending doubts or any spending topic. Curriculum is not proper to make students industry-ready. Semester exams are quite tough.

Other: I chose this course because I wanted to take computer science as AI is booming. The best thing about this course is it is related to what is trending at this time. Everything should be improved. Scholarships are given on the basis of the 12th percentile. Events are organized but fests are organized hardly.

I am dissatisfied with the curriculum and the faculty. There are no placements.

Placements: In my course, there are no placements. The highest salary offered for an assistant professor after M.Sc ranges from Rs. 35,000-40,000 per month. The minimum salary is Rs. 20,000 per month. No internship is needed after this course. The top role offered is assistant professor. There are no recruiting companies and we have to find a job on our own.

Infrastructure: There are AC all over the place. The infrastructure is good and it's under construction right now. The hostel rooms are good. There is a sports auditorium and there is every sport that we need or want to play. The mess food is bad and the quality is very poor. Students get a 15% discount for medical services. All sports equipment is there.

Faculty: Faculty members are good but there is no timetable. They just come when they want to teach and there is no proper course curriculum. Subjects they taught are relevant to our course. Semester exams are very easy but lengthy and we have to write more pages than it should be needed. The pass percentage is 50%.

Other: I chose this course because I love teaching and I don't like clinical work. To make this course better we have to give students more demo classes rather than just sending them to the field. The timetable or curriculum should be improved. Many events happen on a weekly or monthly basis like dance competitions, quizzes, and an annual fest but this year it's not occurred or the university did not do any fest. There are no extracurricular activities, and students who are interested can participate but there are no such activities.
