After the selection rounds are over, course-wise merit lists are released on the official website (with the names of the shortlisted students) of the university post which interested candidates can submit the fee and confirm their admission. Additionally, Admission to all the UG and PG programmes is based on merit and entrance exam. Candidates must check the eligibility criteria on the official website of Panjab University, before filling out the admission form. A national level entrance test for postgraduate programs in India is called the Common University Entrance Test (CUET PG). The National Testing Agency (NTA) is in charge of conducting it. The test consists of three portions and is based on multiple-choice questions:

Subject-specific Test (SST) and General Test (GAT)
WAT: Writing Ability Test
The GAT part evaluates the candidate's aptitude and general knowledge. The SST portion assesses the candidate's familiarity with the field of study they intend to pursue. A candidate's writing abilities are evaluated in the WAT portion.

Admission to postgraduate programs at Central University of Punjab is entirely based on performance in the CUET PG exam. Your other academic credentials, such as the grades you earned in your bachelor's degree, won't be taken into account by the university for admission.

Absolutely a clean and green campus of PUSSGRC.
Placements: The placement here are pretty average, ranging from 3 LPA to 15 LPA, and average package is around 6 LPA. Also, the college provides competitive internship opportunities for final-semester students. The companies here are from IT and also from the core branch. The profile offered here are full-stack development, software development, cloud administration, etc. for technical roles.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure here is pretty decent; you have an auditorium, classrooms, labs, etc.; the classrooms are well organized and have good infrastructure with Wi-Fi; the classrooms and labs have computers and all the necessary textbooks and software related to the subject; the food here is great in the hostel; medical facilities are available; and there are plenty of sports and grounds.
Faculty: The faculty members here are from IITs, NITs, etc. And are very strict to the course and also very helpful At the same time, they are very knowledgeable and will guide you throughout the course how to have a good placement and help build a strong foundation in engineering. The semester exams are not that hard if you study thoroughly.
Other: The campus is located in a lush green environment, and there are a lot of extracurricular and cultural festivals organized on the campus. For every festival, there are social gatherings, technical clubs such as Google DSC and Algozenith, and many more like Short and Varta, which give great exposure to campus life .

PGGCG is indeed the best college.
Placements: There are 30-40% students placed in Bachelors of Arts. There is no such offer in our course and no top recruiting companies. There are no internships from this course. This graduation degree is only useful for UPSC exams and for further pursuing Masters in any particular subject.
Infrastructure: The college has a beautiful campus and good infrastructure which cannot be expected from government holding colleges. The classrooms are well-equipped with ACs and library having many books for entrance exams as well. The canteen is neat and clean and proper hygiene is maintained by the workers. There is also a Nescafé which was my favourite and a games zone named cozy cof.
Faculty: The teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable having great experience in their subjects. The semester exams are not at all difficult if you prepare well and have proper conceptual knowledge. The passing percentage is 33%. Hard work and dedication plays a vital role in achieving good marks.
Other: I have an interest in humanities subjects and wanted to give the UPSC exam. B.A. course is a gateway towards many fields. There are various events in the campus like annual day and annual sports day in which various students perform.

College furniture needs to be changed. There should be more placements.
Placements: There are not too many placements. And the one they are offering is not worth the fee of the course; there should be more placements in the respective field and they should spread awareness among different courses, which we can do along with the graduation to face the competition with some different skills .
Infrastructure: Furniture needs to be changed and renewed; the wooden furniture is not comfortable for a 45-minute lecture; there should be good quality furniture; hostels are lacking in facilities based on their perceptions; the perceptions are increasing year after year, but the facilities do not.
Faculty: Faculty is good, teachers are friendly and supportive, and they teach very well and give extra knowledge. They also restrict us to the syllabus only but with the current issues, they should also add current affairs-related topics and some sessions, particularly based on the current situation of our nation.
Other: The campus is quite good and the crowd is also okay but not what I expected with the name of MCM DAV College.

Best college for M.A. in English.
Placements: Placement is very good. Every year, about 40 to 50% of students get on-campus placements. Top hiring companies are Mahindra, Axis Bank, and HDFC Bank, etc. The maximum and minimum packages are 6 and 2 LPA, respectively. The average package is 3–4 LPA. Many students get internship opportunities.
Infrastructure: The campus has Wi-Fi, a computer lab, a library, a clinic, and various sports facilities. The classrooms are huge, and the furniture is very good and comfortable. Canteen food is very tasty and healthy. There are more food counters, and the food quality is excellent.
Faculty: The teachers of our department/college are always ready to help the students. The teachers work hard in teaching. We get a lot of knowledge from our teachers. The teachers of our department/college are well qualified. The semester exam in this college is difficult but not too much. The pass rate is 40%.

Placements: There are many students who studied in our college who have passed out with a Bachelor of Arts. Placements are great many students get internship in big industries and companies, such as Mahindra, Tata, etc. There are many companies that provide placement in our college.

The quality of the mess is very good, and as the canteen provides good food as well as tasty food in the game and sports sections, they provide much more time to practice with an expert coach or teacher.
