College is very average.
Placements: No students get direct placement from this college of MSU Baroda. No packages available for students in the Maharaja Shivajirao University of Baroda. Companies cannot visit because college do not allow them.
Infrastructure: There is a basic infrastructure in the college. There is only classroom and principal's hobbies at this college, not other facilities like a Wi-Fi, labs, and library.
Faculty: Teachers have a very basic knowledge of the course, and no one can be directly helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable about that teaching quality. Students are not interested in attending the regular classes because of the teachers.
Other: I did not have an idea about this course while choosing the course.

Law at MSU, academics, and after hours.
Placements: Placements at Faculty of Law, MSU, aren't very strong overall, but good opportunities can be secured if you've consistently worked on building your CV through internships and extracurricular activities. Many students opt for litigation by working under advocates, though breaking into this field often requires strong professional connections. Recently, one of my seniors secured a placement with a package of around 4 LPA, which is encouraging. However, most students prefer preparing for government exams like judiciary or UPSC after completing their degree.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is poorly planned. During heavy rains, water often collects around campus, making it difficult to move around and affecting overall experience. Wi-Fi is available at hostels and college 24/7. Hostel fee is Rs. 10k per year, and food is average. Quality varies from hostel to hostel as contractor is different for each hostel.
Faculty: Programme is structured into 10 semesters, with exams conducted every six months. Each semester includes a 30-mark internal MCQ test and a 70-mark external theory exam. Curriculum is academically rigorous yet enriching, combining legal theory with practical application. Papers cover a broad spectrum of subjects, including Corporate Law, Arbitration, Information Technology Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Law and Social Transformation, and emerging disciplines like Gender Studies and Feminist Jurisprudence. Teaching methodology is interactive, focusing on real-world application over rote learning. Many faculty members have cleared NET and are pursuing or have completed PhDs.
Other: MSU offers a vibrant co-curricular scene with annual fests like Atrangi (cultural fest) and Lux et Veritas (law fest), both organized by student-led committees with month-long dedication and planning. Library facilities are excellent, most required books and journals are available in faculty library, and Hansa Mehta Library on main campus fill any remaining gaps. Annual sports events are also organized, including chess, badminton, running, and group sports. Student-run clubs like Vox Legis (magazine club) are active and engaging, while others like Moot and Eco clubs exist but are relatively less active.

Review of MSU - The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
Placements: I am studying B.Com 1st semester, first year. I don't know about placements because of visited small companies. The average salary offered is Rs. 22,000 per month. Small companies only hire accountants.
Infrastructure: MSU provides only classrooms for for B.Com honours. MS University management is weak, with only normal activities like study and games.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified in this college and are very knowledgeable. They will guide students.
Other: Only B.Com has scholarships. There are no campus events.

MSU Baroda college is good.
Placements: MSU Baroda is a very good college for B.Com (honors). Subjects of this course are very helpful for further studies. Many students get high package from this college. Many managers and accountants roles are provided by Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
Infrastructure: Our college has very good infrastructure. College has many rooms like 10 to 12 rooms, with different names. There is free Wi-Fi at the college. There are good benches and fans in the classroom.
Faculty: Teachers at this college are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. This college difficulty is medium like in the internal exams. But in the external exam difficulty is high. This college's difficulty is high because of the great placement.

Diploma in Civil Engineering - Batch of 2025

It's good for civil courses; they provide enough knowledge.
Placements: More than 40% of students were placed in our course. 1.4 Lacs is the lowest, and the average is 2 LPA, while 4 LPA is the highest package. Nirma, Larsen, Toubro, Ghadi, Kent, Alambic, Voltra, Nyra, etc., are recruiting companies for our course. Top roles offered include draftsman, site engineer, assistant engineer, surveyor, supervisor, and various other positions.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for our course or department is good and includes available Wi-Fi, big classrooms, a drawing lab, a library, etc. The quality of food is good, but not that much better; there are different types of food available in our canteen. Students receive free medicine and treatment, and we have extensive grounds and facilities that include a volleyball court, basketball court, swimming pool, and gymnasium.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable; the teaching quality is the best. The course curriculum is relevant; they prepare students for the industry, but it could be better. It is not that hard; you can pass the semester exam if you put in some amount of hard work; more than 35% is the pass percentage.
Other: Events and connectivity are lacking; they should organize various programs, including dance and singing activities. They are not providing any college trips, which should be offered.

I will be neutral because of the unlimited number of student admissions in the college.
Placements: Around 80 percent of students are placed as the admission of students is around 8000. Many students don't register in placements. The highest package is around 3 LPA and the lowest is around 120000. Companies like American Information Source and Tata Consultancy are there for recruitment.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure, as far as feels and students admitted are concerned, is bad as they don't have the capacity to make all the students sit in the class. But as attendance is not compulsory, very few students attend regular lectures. Hostel facilities can be rated as good as far as its feel is concerned.
Faculty: Course curriculum has been aligned with the new education policy and as the new batches are coming, they are making it difficult to pass. Professors are really helpful, knowledgeable, and well-qualified. They help in making future decisions needed to be made by a student.
