MSU is a government University. Some of the newly launched M S University's Polytechnic College courses include integrated Diploma-Degree courses. These courses have already received accreditation from NBA. Being a government university, the fee for the various available programmes is not very high.

The MSU Baroda NEET PG Cutoff 2025 has been published till Round 1 for admission to the MD and MS courses. The NEET PG Cutoff 2025 was released for all categories under the All India quota. For the General AI category the cutoff ranged from 425 to 54594, wherein MD in Radio Diagnosis was the toughest specialisation for admission, followed by MD in General Medicine at a cutoff of 425 and 625, respectively. 

The MSU Baroda Gujarat NEET Cutoff is released for admission to the MBBS course at Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. The University accepts the NEET Cutoff rank, followed by Gujarat NEET counselling process for admission to the  Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery programme. The Gujarat NEET Cutoff 2024 for the General HS category was 10086,  and for the OBC category candidates under the Home State quota, the cutoff in the last round was 22213.
