Yes, you can do BE distance education. As you have completed diploma, I will get lateral entry in be lateral entry means you will get admission in direct second year.

No, you cannot do another bachelor degree.
You can pursue MCA or M.Tech after clearing Gate Exam.

If you want to take admission in affiliated college like NIT, BIT, then you have to give JEE Mains exam, for getting a choice of good college.
