    Placements: In our University program, internships and job placements are abundant, particularly within government institutions. While these do not typically offer stipends, the emphasis lies on gaining valuable experience rather than financial compensation. Most of the students who pass out from University secure jobs in reputed companies.
    Infrastructure: The college hostel is conveniently located within the campus and boasts excellent infrastructure. It offers 50 spacious rooms, each capable of accommodating three students comfortably. The rooms are well-maintained and equipped, ensuring a comfortable living environment. Continuous access to water is provided round the clock. Additionally, there is a canteen located on the ground floor of the hostel, providing convenient dining options for the residents.
    Faculty: We had a diverse faculty comprising 15 to 20 members with varying ages. This included younger, dynamic part-time lecturers aged between 35 to 45, middle-aged faculty from respected government colleges aged between 45 to 50, and seasoned retired faculty members from government colleges aged 50 to 65. Each faculty member contributes their unique knowledge and expertise to enrich the classroom learning experience.

    A review of my favorite college.
    Placements: Around 80% of students secure job placement through campus interviews, while the remaining 20% find opportunities through off-campus interviews. Internship opportunities are not provided by the college as a standard practice. Instead, students are encouraged to seek internships independently or with guidance from faculty members. Occasionally, the college facilitates internships when approached by companies; for example, ITC offered internships with a stipend of Rs 5000.
    Infrastructure: The hostel accommodations offer generously sized rooms for two students each, equipped with two beds and two fans. The rooms are meticulously maintained, and hygiene standards are upheld. Each floor boasts 20 bathrooms and restrooms for residents' convenience. Priority for hostel location is given to applicants residing farther from Chennai due to limited seating availability. The annual rental fee is set at an average of 10,000 rupees, while the monthly mess bill is payable separately.
    Faculty: The faculty members in our department are highly qualified, with all holding M.Phil. and Ph.D. degrees. They are deeply committed to delivering comprehensive education by not only covering the syllabus but also incorporating industry-relevant insight into their teaching. They engage students with various activities to enhance their understanding of the subjects. However, the department faces a shortage of staff members, leading to the recruitment of guest faculty members to teach certain subjects. Despite this drawback, the faculty members are praised for their expertise and dedication to teaching.

    Placements: Madras University has good placements. The highest package offered is 12 LPA; the lowest is 4 LPA, with an average of 7 LPA. Top recruiters include Deloitte, ICICI Bank, and HDFC. 70% of students secure internships. The top roles offered are financial analyst and investment banker.
    Infrastructure: The course offers good infrastructure with Wi-fi, well-equipped labs, spacious classrooms, and a resourceful library. Hostel facilities are decent, and the food in the mess/canteen is satisfactory. Medical facilities and sports amenities are available but could be improved.
