Yes, you can join this college for learning anchoring. It's okay if your English is not good. You have to read and write English daily to practice the vocabulary, and good accent. Rest is the job of the college to make a student perfect. But, you have to work hard on your own.

It is part of the syllabus in later semesters, but there's a variety of fields that are covered overall in the Bachelor of Arts
