Our college has a good place for knowledge with good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Almost 90% of students pass the course. The average job is offered as a doctor. The salary offered is Rs.25,000 per month and after this course, students can get PG admission. We can excel in the UG course very well. Students get job offers from the best hospitals and get placed in Nagpur hospitals. Overall, it is a good college for UG courses like B.A.M.S.
Infrastructure: Overall, the infrastructure is new and good with a beautiful campus and surroundings. It is located outside the city. They have good facilities for sports and have their own hospital. The quality of the hostel is very good with a little bit of slight disappointment in the college canteen but overall, our college has a good infrastructure.
Faculty: The college is the best. During regular lectures, teachers are attentive to students. You can ask questions at any time. They are available every day in our college. They conduct tests to improve and have good interaction with students. Approximately 90% of students pass the semester.
Other: I opted for this course because I can practice allopathy and ayurveda simultaneously at a time as needed in the future. The scope of ayurveda is the best and the course is good in its place because it covers all subjects. In our college, all events and all festivals are celebrated.

It is one of the best B.A.M.S. colleges in Vidarbha.
Placements: The rate of placements is satisfactory because of the lot of opportunities in the government and private hospital sector as well as ayurvedic pharmaceutical companies like Baidyanath.
Infrastructure: Our college has a well-constructed and well-equipped infrastructure. The Wi-Fi-enabled campus solves the problem of low cellular network connectivity. The library is full of ayurvedic and modern medical books. The hostel provides all basic facilities. Medical facilities are available in the hospital on campus.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified in their respective specialisations like ayurvedic medicine, panchakarma, shalyatantra, etc. This course prepares students for upcoming challenges in the medical and healthcare sectors as a doctor. This college ensures the best doctors are provided to society. Almost 95% of students pass every year.
Other: I like the approach of ayurvedic and modern medicine for the treatment and cure of diseases.

Our college and hospital are good.
Placements: Government and private hospitals offer placements. All the students get jobs in government hospitals or PHC at village levels or private multi-specialty hospitals with good salary packages after passing out from the college.
Infrastructure: All the essential facilities are available on college and hospital premises. Wi-Fi, computer labs, library, auditorium, and classrooms are well maintained. The hospital is equipped with modern equipment and ayurvedic treatment functionalities. Food quality in the mess is slightly not up to the mark. Everything is good.
Faculty: Teachers are highly educated with MD in Ayurveda. They are regular to class. Their teaching quality is good. This course and college make students ready for medical practice in Ayurveda and modern medicine.
Other: I chose this course as people are turning towards Ayurveda now. Events and extracurricular activities are organised often. Panchakarma is the main highlight.

    Ups and downs of Ayurveda
Learning Experience: The college has currently two courses i.e., Bachelor of ayurvedic medicine and surgery & bachelor of physiotherapy. I enrolled for the BAMS course in the year 2023. BAMS is a challenging course if compared with MBBS or the others. You need to study the same subjects as the MBBS ones but in two ways i.e., modern ways and ayurvedic way. It's time is similar to other courses i.e., 5 and a half years. Pros - It's a more in knowledgeable way of learning medicine and applying to real life. Cons - Even if we study the same thing as MBBS but BAMS doctors don't get enough opportunities and acknowledgement from the system as well as the people.
Placements: The course has 1 year of internship where 6 months are to be spent in the rural area and the remaining 6 months in the college hospital. The placements are quite tough because general hospitals usually don't accept BAMS students unless you have a recommendation from people in power. Final placements depends on the student's knowledge.
Faculty: The faculty is great here and are skillful too. There are regular lectures from 9 to 4. After every alternate days there are practicals and assignments given to students. But the biggest problem here is the language barrier. Because of local teachers they tend to teach in the local Marathi language which is not understood by many and that affects the learning. The course is quite vast and the lectures are also up to the mark. If a student attends all lectures punctually then it'll be more than enough for him / her.
Course Support: The support provided by the college or the University itself is not appealing to the students because firstly there is no proper medical exposure to the students as compared with the other courses. People rarely tend to visit an ayurvedic hospital for treatments, they only prefer allopathic medicine. Secondly there are lesser modes of learning for ayurvedic students be it online or offline.

Placements: After completion of course youhave your internship the internship is placed in smt.vimaldevi ayurvedic hospital itself which is present in college campus.
Faculty: The faculty members of the college are really very well experienced they all are really good in teaching also they provide very friendly nature to the students so students can freely asked doubts to them. They can answer the same question 100 time as they are only concern about students education.
Course Support: College is really well developed as running from many years the trustees of the college themselves talks to the students if the students are facing any problem they are all down-to-earth. Specially indrajeet sir.
