The NEET 2025 cutoff was released along with the result on June 14, 2025. The NEET cutoff for each candidate category was mentioned on the result PDF. The NTA lowered the NEET cut off 2025 as the level of difficulty was higher and the number of test-takers was lower.
Dr SN Medical College Jodhpur cutoff 2022 was 9251 for General category candidates in All India quota for MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. Dr SN Medical College Jodhpur admissions 2023 to MBBS course is based in NEET UG scores followed by the NEET UG Counselling. The MCC, which is the conducting body of NEET UG Counselling will be conducting the counselling in multiple rounds from Jul 29, onwards. In order to be eligible for NEET Counselling 2023, candidates must have a valid NEET UG score. Further, NEET cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.
Yes, NTA lowered the NEET cutoff for this year. As the difficulty level of the NEET 2025 exam was higher than last year and the number of test takers was lower, the NEET 2025 cutoff has reduced than last year. NTA determines the NEET cut off based on the factors such as difficulty level of the exam, total number of test-takers, total number of seats, candidate category and programme.

A percentile refers to the comparison between the score of one candidate vis-a-vis the other test takers. It is the percentage of scores that a particular score surpassed. NTA has stated the formula to calculate the NEET percentile, which is given below:
100 multiplied by the Number of candidates with their raw score equal to/ less than the candidate divided by the Total number of candidates who appeared for NEET.
As per the NEET 2023 result data, the highest percentile obtained was 99.9999019.

NEET 2026 Counselling Process
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) and State Counselling authorities will conduct the NEET counselling for the 15 per cent All India Quota (AIQ) and 85 per cent State Quota seats, respectively. Students whose NEET score is above the cutoff marks shall be eligible for the counselling process. Eligible candidates need to register for counselling. The process for NEET counselling is registration, document verification, choice filling, seat allotment and reporting to allotted institutes. While choosing a college, select them in preference order. Seats are allocated based on the availability of seats and NEET rank. The counselling will be held in four rounds.

In many cases, yes. Some sources say NEET is not compulsory for BPT in Karnataka. Many private colleges admit students on 12th marks. Government and counselling seats may follow a different process. Rules change every year, so read the latest notice before you apply.

Not always. While NEET is common, several Karnataka colleges also accept KCET scores, and some even offer direct admission based on 12th marks. This is different from MBBS, where NEET is compulsory everywhere. So if you missed NEET or didn't score well, you still have other routes into a good nursin

Possibly yes, if your college accepts the separate MH B.Sc Nursing CET exam. Not every student needs to clear NEET to get a nursing seat in Maharashtra. Some private institutes rely purely on this state-level test. So a weak NEET score doesn't automatically close the door on nursing.
