Learning Experience: One of the finest course for beginners in programming. Though a fast paced course but the content is so well structured that if one follows the instructions religiously and solves all the problem sets timely one can follow and grasp quickly. It is highly recommended to practice the coding along side the completion of various lectures in order to complement one's understanding with skill development.
Faculty: Faculties are not only very good at teaching but also inspiring. They are highly passionate about their subject and will reflect the same to their students. The faculties involved in the course are Prof. John Guttag and Prof. Eric Grimson. The circulum is updated to the needs of the current breed of enthusiast programmers. The classes are very interactive and the keeps the student engaging with little quick tasks rather than montonous monologue format of typical course experience.
Course Support: The course is designed to ensure students are motivated to take up programing more passionately and impart programing skill in them. Thus explicitly it does not provide any career support but is essential for those aspiring a career in programming.
