Other: In this course, Chris speaks in a pleasant tone and delivers the lecture in a easy to understand method. The lecture was engaging as if Chris was sitting across you and having a conversation. In the section, Efficiency & Measurement in Sales, it would have been icing on the cake if few templates with scenario were given as resources. I love his method of helping the customer to buy what they need. Chris calls this method as New Sales method.
