Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University's annual hostel cost is INR 29,500. Mess and welfare fees are not included in the hostel fees. The fee for the mess is INR 36,000, while the cost of the welfare is INR 3,000. Candidates need to submit three demand drafts: one for hostel fees, one for mess charges, and one for welfare charges. Two hostels are maintained on campus for male students, and two are maintained for female students. There are more than 180 single-seat rooms in each hostel. Basic furnishings such as a cot, mattress, pillow, chair, table, cupboard, tube lamp, and fan are provided in each room. Mess facilities are available for residents in each hostel. Indraprastha University BTech admission is done on the basis of a valid score of JEE Main or CUET. The university offers BTech for four-years divided into eight semesters. The IPU BTech course selection is done by a centralised counselling of the course.
