NTA announced JEE Main 2024 dates. NTA coducted the JEE Main 2024 exam in two sessions. IIT Kanpur accepts JEE Advanced and JEE Main scores for admission to BTech. For IIT Kanpur BSc admission, students have to fulfil the basic eligibility. The institute selects students on an entrance basis. The requirements for BSc at IIT Kanpur are as below:

The total fee for the four-year BS programme of IIT Kanpur is INR 8 lakh. This is inclusive of the one-time admission and caution deposits but is not inclusive of the hostel fee. IIT Kanpur JAM Cutoff 2024 has been released for Round 2. The most competitive course was M.Sc in Statistics, with the Cutoff of 63. For the OBC AI category candidates, the Cutoff stood at 187, for M.Sc in Statistics.

If the Cutoff rank is more than 63, there is no scope of admission to IITs for M.Sc in Statistics.

IIT Kanpur BTech programme first year fee is INR 56,160 for GEN/OBC/EWS, SC/ST/PwD, and MEB categories. For OEB category students, first-year fee is higher at INR 89,493 due to the tuition fee component. This amount includes one-time charges, semester fees, and annual fees.
