Excellent faculty and academic campus.
Placements: Placement and career opportunities: 3/5 - Placement for BDS students is limited as dentistry in India largely requires setting up private practice or pursuing an MS for better career prospects. A few students join government services, NGOs, or a hospital post-internship.
Infrastructure: Facilities: 4/5 The facilities of dental science labs are well-equipped, with simulation clinics, and an OPD with good patient flow. Access to the broader infrastructure of IMS - BHU, including central labs, library, lecture hall, free Wi-Fi all around the campus, and many more free digital resources. Hostel facilities are adequate and secure, although some of the hostels are old and might need renovation. The central S. Hospital also provides interdisciplinary clinical exposure.
Faculty: Faculty:5/5 No doubt, there is one of the finest faculties we have, supportive professors, junior residents, and senior residents who help students at and every end. Highly qualified and experienced professors from reputed institutions. Most faculty members hold MS and PhDs, with specialisation in various dental fields. Mainly, 3 exams are conducted: 2 sessional and 1 professional exam.
Other: BHU Campus is vast, green, and culturally rich. They offer vibrant student life, access to various clubs, fests, and activities. The environment is safe and disciplined with a strong academic culture. Students from all over India ensure diversity and exposure. One of the most beautiful, academically enriching campuses in India.

BHU holds a legacy, and I feel blessed that I am able to get admission there.
Placements: BHU is not very well known for its placements. Only a few departments provide placements at the undergraduate level, and the commerce department is not one of them. My department doesn't offer any internship opportunities, and student will have to look for internships on their own.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. There is an overnight library facility for students. Free medical facilities are also provided in the university health center. The hostel is very affordable, but it is hard to get in as seats are limited. The allotment procedure is based mainly on merit. The quality of the mess food is good, and an in-campus Wi-Fi facility is also there for students.
Faculty: Professors are qualified and have deep knowledge of their subjects. However, their teaching style is more inclined towards the traditional method of teaching. They focus more on theoretical knowledge, and hardly anyone will prepare us for the industry. They provide us with the practical insights of the subject. But professors are helpful if we reach out to them.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of its faculty members.
Placements: In our college, we do not get minimum support from our teachers like contacting recruiters even after our TPOs made the contacts. They do not even collaborate with IIT BHU for placements. So no companies came. Two startups come from our alumni. Only 2 out of 60 students are placed, 1 is for sales department under the company named Crowe and other is for system engineer. The package is approximately 6 LPA.
Infrastructure: The facilities are average in our department. Wi-Fi is good and lab is developing with good PCs though need improvement. Classrooms are huge but it becomes unbearable during summer. Library is good and antique provided by our university. We have a digital room for those who don't have their own laptops. Hostels are good with small rooms. Food is eatable in mess. We have big grounds where various games are played.
Faculty: Teachers, apart from two or three, seem knowledgeable but their teaching quality is worse. Course curriculum is relevant which partly makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are not that much tough but the marking system is at the teacher's whim. Pass percentage is 60-70%.
Other: Campus surroundings are good and highly connected. From our department, we do not have any fest but in other departments, it happens so can participate there.

I will say average or balanced. They provide good infrastructure, facilities but not good placement.
Placements: Approximately 10-15% of students got placed. The average package is 3 LPA. The company that visits for recruitment is Utkarsh Finance Bank. Minimum people get internships. The roles offered in course are accounting, sales executive, etc. Some small local companies also take recruitment which are situated in Varanasi.
Infrastructure: Our college has full Wi-Fi campus with personal library on campus and several classrooms with several facilities like full ventilation and electricity. Apart from this, it has an auditorium where several events occur. It has a separate computer lab and also a drinking facility (water cooler on each floor).
Faculty: All teachers are highly qualified and educated also. They provide good quality knowledge to students. Faculty members provide path towards their goal even I get. Approximately 80% of people get passed. Apart from that BHU has good and talented students so that's why it has high passing percentage.
Other: I chose this course as I am from commerce background so its beneficial for me. This course only provides theoretical knowledge. They should also provide practical knowledge. Several fests and events occurred on campus also. Several extracurricular activities also occurred like inter faculty members competition.

Once-in-a-lifetime experience when you enjoy the campus life of BHU.
Placements: Most of the students from our course do not prefer to be placed because some go for post-graduation, some go for litigation, and some choose to prepare for the judiciary. Top recruiting companies are TCS, HDFC, Deloitte, etc. Almost 90% of students from my course got internships.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure of Banaras Hindu University are very good, as the facilities are provided at a minimal cost. There is Wi-Fi on the whole campus. The library is air-conditioned, and medical costs are borne by the institute itself. The hostel of the law faculty is in very good condition.
Faculty: The teachers in the law faculty are some of the best professors in India. They have an abundance of knowledge and experience in teaching students at various law colleges. Course curriculum comprises most of the subjects of law. Semester exams are not that hectic.
Other: It is value for money, because the money you pay here is very minimal. The course is quite good, but the syllabus is vast, due to which students do not get time for other things. Campus life is best, you can enjoy many festivals here, celebrated with joy and happiness.

Overall okay but need improvement .
Placements: There is not any placement opportunities in our college neither it have internship opportunities. If you want to do internships you can search it online and apply easily but one can not expect this from the college faculty members. It lacks this aspect of college .
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is average in our college, although regular improvements are done by college authorities to built but still it is not upto the mark and lacks current technologies. Our college have library, gym and a ground. I would say main campus offers good Infrastructure but affiliated colleges need improvement .
Faculty: Teaching staff and faculty were good the only problem was that they do not offer practical knowledge of the subject and not aware students about the latest opportunities and technologies which one can use to get good job opportunities. The faculty members are overall okay.
Other: I choose this course because of two factors value for money and its cost of living.
