Candidate must have completed 10+2 or equivalent qualification with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject as optional subjects with the above-mentioned aggregate percentage in subjects taken together.
The mentioned SC/ST percentage is for Madhya Pradesh residents.
OBC candidates (except Creamy layer) of Madhya Pradesh can apply with 40%.
Candidates completing 10+2 with grading system, should have grades equivalent to mentioned aggregate percentage.
Candidates who had passed 10+2 with grace marks in any subject can also apply provided they have scored mentioned aggregate percenatge excluding grace marks.
Result awaited student are also eligible on provisional basis.

Satisfied with what my college offered me
Placements: Placement opportunities were good for computer science and IT branch with a lot of companies like Zensar visiting and recruiting in large number. Although for core branches it was not up to the mark. HEG Ltd. is among the few big names which came to recruit core branch in last years. Internship opportunities are nil or are self-arranged.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is available on the campus. The college has a well-spacious and fully AC library and usually remains packed with students. Classrooms are equipped with projectors for digital learning. Annual fest and inter as well intra college sports activities are organized all around the year. The college has 2 canteens with good food though not so great ambiance. Although the hostel mess food is always a worry.
Faculty: Mechanical department is well versed with a number of faculty members with expertise. Quite helpful and supportive. Faculty members with a long experience of teaching their respective subjects. Course curriculum needs more real-life industrial exposure. Some Management subjects added to the curriculum are although less appreciated but are quite helpful for further studies.
