IGNOU is recommended for open studies if you're doing something parallelly.

Placements: In the year 2022, about 87% of final-year students got jobs in MNCs. The highest salary package offered was 24 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 9.45 LPA approximately. Companies that gave placements are Amazon, Flipkart, Wipro, and other big MNCs. About 10% of students got internships at Tata.

Infrastructure: Classes are very good with staircase pattern sitting arrangements at IGNOU. Classes, library, and labs are available. It is a fully Wi-Fi-enabled building. The hostels are in very good condition with rooms and furniture. Very good quality food is served in the mess for hostel students. There is a 24*7 medical facility and an ambulance on campus. Sports and games are also available.

Faculty: Teachers and lecturers at IGNOU are very polite and educated. There is two-way communication with most of the students. Doing a master's in economics makes you ready for corporate world and the public sector also. As IGNOU gives a lot of assignments, they are helpful in exams.

Other: I chose this course because I love to study economics. It is helpful to understand the actual status of the country and help them to build a powerful nation with statistical tools. There is a lack of events and fests at IGNOU. The campus is crowded.

This college is useful just to get a degree.

Placements: Placements of this university are not very good. The students who praise most get placed and the other students have to look for jobs on their own. No internship opportunities are available here, and only a few companies visit the campus for placements. There is no placement cell in this college.

Infrastructure: Classrooms in this college are not in good condition. There are broken benches, and there are no hostels available in the college. Library facility is available only in a few campuses. Canteen facility is available on a few campuses.

Faculty: The faculty members don't bother about students; they just come to teach. Teachers are least helpful when it comes to clearing the doubts of students. All study materials are provided by the university. The curriculum is up to date and will be useful for students looking for a degree in economics.
