IGNOU Cutoff FAQs
IGNOU offers fee waiver for SC and ST students applying for UG courses. Candidates wanting to avail this benefit need to meet the prescribed eligibility criteria. The requirements to get a fee waiver are mentioned below:
- Applicant should be from SC or ST category.
- The family annual income should be below INR 2.5 Lacs as per GOI norms.
- Candidate should have applied for a UG course of IGNOU.
- No similar fee waiver or scholarship should have been taken from other sources.
IGNOU cutoff 2023 for the BEd and the Integrated BEd courses is based on the BEd Entrance test. As per the previous year, IGNOU cutoff 2023 ranged between 293 and 339 for the General category All India Quota. Tabulated below is IGNOU BEd cutoff 2023 for General All India:

The eligibility criteria for all MSc courses are as follows:

Environmental Science | Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Science/ Engineering/ Agricultural Science/ Forestry/ Veterinary Science from a recognised university |

IGNOU offers a two-year MBA programme in General and Banking & Finance specialisations. The eligibility required for different MBA programmes is as follows:

It is compulsory to carry IGNOU ID-Card when appearing for the exam. However, in case a students forgets to bring the same, he or she can show an identity proof like Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, etc. Most of the exam centres accept identity proof in such cases but to avoid any kind of conflict, students must carry their IGNOU ID-Card along with an identity proof and admit card.

IGNOU TEE does not have a specific cut-off mark like competitive exams. Instead, students must score at least 40% in each course to pass. For most programs, 40% in theory and 50% in assignments are required. Final results are based on both assignment and term-end exam marks combined, not on a fixed
