PGP-TL&D is designed to equip both professionals and students with the skills and knowledge to create impactful learning experiences and drive organizational as well as personal growth

Participants will explore key concepts such as instructional design, adult learning principles, facilitation techniques, and the use of modern learning technologies in addition to practical concepts of designing and delivering effective training sessions, evaluating learning outcomes, and fostering a culture of continuous development

The last 3 (three) months of the prgram will be dedicated for Project work
