Vocational education is excellent in many nations but Germany, Switzerland and Australia are frequently said to be the best examples. The dual education approach of learning used in the German vocational school system which mixes classroom with practical work experience is appraised.
Plus to academic knowledge this method ensures that the students acquire practical skills that will be applied in their chosen fields. Companies and educational institutions collaborate closely to provide apprenticeships which help reduce the skills gap between education and employment.
