Can I get admission with 43% marks in my graduation?

You can take admission to private college or university like Chandigarh University, they have their own entrance test and needs only passing marks in +2.

How can I apply online for distance mode for B.ed 2020 in jamia millia?

B.Ed Course Eligibility: A minimum aggregate score of 50% in graduation is a requisite for admission. A minimum aggregate score of 55% at the post-graduate level is mandatory for admission into colleges for the B. Ed curriculum.

Yes, there is a age criteria for taking admission in regular course of B.Ed. i.e. minimum age is 21 No age restriction for open/distanced education.
