Candidates from the state of Uttar Pradesh who have completed any teacher education program recognized by NCTE in the traditional system, who have at least 50% marks in the degree of Science Social Science Humanities Agriculture Commerce in graduation or before the degree in Engineering/ Technology or Science and Technology in this. Candidates having specialization in Mathematics who have secured at least 55% marks in graduation or post graduation or any other qualification equivalent thereto will be eligible for admission. Or Trained teachers working in an elementary primary school located in Uttar Pradesh who have completed graduation in Science, Social Science, Humanities, Agriculture, Commerce Candidates who have secured at least 55% marks in Bachelor's or Master's degree or any other equivalent thereto will be eligible for admission.
