5thumbs up
A:

For undergraduate admission to courses, including BA (Hons), BVoc and BSc (Hons) through CUET-UG, candidates must have a valid CUET-UG score. For BA (Hons) admission, candidates must have to attempt the Domain/ General/ Languages sections of CUET while appearing for the entrance test along with the minimum eligibility criteria set by AMU. A:

The Faculty of Law, AMU is located in Uttar Pradesh India. It offers courses like BA LLB (Bachelor's in Arts with Bachelors in Law) and LLM Programme (Master of Laws). If we assess the costs to be incured for studying this courses; it is found that the total fees for the 5-year BALLB Programme at AMU is INR 1,01,6,720 and for the 2-year LLM Programme is INR 4.1 lakhs, The fees amount only includes the course fees and not the fess  need to be paid at the time of admission neither the hostel fees. The application fee for the 2023 BALLB programme is INR 700 without late fees and INR 1000 with late fees. The registration fee for the 2023 BALLB programme is INR 900, with an additional INR 300 late fee. Satisfied with good faculty.
Placements: If we talk about placements, 70 percent of students with good CGPA get placements from the college. The highest package is 12 LPA. The lowest is 3 LPA. The average package is around 6 LPA. The most popular recruiters are Amazon and some Gulf countries. Around 50 percent of my batch is doing internships. Top roles they get are business analyst, data analyst, and economic policymaker.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is decent. There is Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, a library, and good electricity connections. The university provides everything that is needed by students, and the facilities are not that good. They are hygienic but tasteless sometimes we have to eat outside the mess.
Faculty: Faculty of the Women's College is really very good and very qualified. They are highly educated and always available when needed. The course curriculum provides all practical and theoretical learning over 4 years. Because of this curriculum, exams are moderate to difficult. The passing percentage of exams is 75 percent.
Other: I chose this course because I want to become a business analyst, and I want to work at Amazon. The best thing about my course is its curriculum it provides me with everything I need in my future to land a good job. I wish they could increase the passing percentage of the exam. Other than this there is a very good student life. There are many programs and different clubs students can participate in, like eco, cloud drama club, etc. They provide scholarships to needy and meritorious students too so they can afford studying in AMU.

A very excellent college. The environment in this college is friendly.
Placements: A minimum of 33% was required for students to pass my course. The minimum and maximum package in our course was around Rs. 7,000. The top recruiting companies were Accenture, Genpact, etc. It depended on the company guidelines and which company required what percentage for an internship.
Infrastructure: The quality of facilities in my hostel was good. The quality of food was also good. Medical facilities, sports, and games were the best. The college pavilion was also available for students. The fee structure was easily payable. The environment was very attractive for students.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was very good. The semester exams were not difficult in this college. Only 33% was required to pass. The course curriculum was very relevant. It made students industry-ready.

It's a good university if you got a seat, then grab it without any second thought.
Placements: Only those students who are connected with TPO get placement through the university, for others, you have to reach out on your own. In my course there is a chance that 5 to 6 percent of students got internships. The top roles in my course are mining inspector, hydrogeologist, geologist, etc.
Infrastructure: Trust me, the hostel facilities are awesome because they are very calm and composed places. The infrastructure is world-class, and Wi-Fi is available. The food quality of hostels is average you can survive, but you can't get food according to your expectations.
Faculty: Only a few teachers are helpful rest of them are arrogant. The teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is relevant. It doesn't make the student industry-ready. The semester exams are quite difficult you need to score good marks in sessional to get good marks in the final.
Other: It's such an amazing university. I know there is some issue but still it's a 9/10.

Good college and faculty.
Placements: The highest package is 12 LPA and average is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, Google, and local companies in Aligarh. Top roles offered are business analyst and data analyst and they make students ready to compete in the future. They provide a curriculum which helps students secure jobs in good companies.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is really very good and they provide Wi-Fi in every department. Every department has a library where students can study in reading rooms. The quality of food is not very good it's hygienic but tasteless. Medical facilities are free for students studying in AMU in its medical college, JNMC. AMU also provides sports and games facilities with competition.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified in their respective fields. The faculty is very good in AMU. The curriculum is designed to make students ready for the industry. Semesters are relatively difficult, and 80 percent of students pass. The syllabus is not that difficult.
Other: I chose this course because it would make me an industry-ready person, as I want to become a business analyst. I really enjoy the programs held in the university they provide good exposure to the students.

The college is value for money it provides good courses at reasonable fees. The library is good
Placements: Many of the students got placed. The package offered is 6 LPA- 7 LPA. Many got internships. They have a choice whether they want to do it or not. Bank offers are good. They can go for higher education or a master's in AMU with the tag of internal student, which helps to get admission to master's courses.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available all over the campus and hostels. The library is the best. Canteens are average. The games committee is good. Wi-Fi speed is fast in the library. The canteen has a good water supply, and the main part of the library is open till 2:00 AM and reopens at 6:00 PM. Every hostel has its separate reading room as well.
Faculty: Teachers are good. Semester exams are of moderate level. You need 35/100 to pass, in which there is end-semester of 70 marks and sessional of 30 marks. Teachers take 2 sessional exams. The best one is counted which is best if a student fails to attend, they will have another chance to score.

Think well before you get admission.
Placements: I don’t really think it gives any placement. They cannot even provide a good firm or NGO for an internship or community service. This year, during our 8th semester, they asked us to go for community service or internships, but they were not willing to give any NOC regarding attendance and asked us to work after class.
Infrastructure: Overall, the building is fine, and the surrounding atmosphere is good. The dean’s office is on the ground floor, so you do not need to go anywhere else for signatures and other work. The office staff is good. The computer lab is also working properly.
Faculty: Faculty is absolutely worse. If you fail, you fail. There is no mercy for anyone. If you go and ask for a few marks to pass the exam, they will fail you instead. Exams are conducted in the department for the Master's. Undergraduates have to go to the Faculty of Arts.
Other: Do not take admission if you have any other college or department option. Economics requires a background in maths and statistics. But here there are no such conditions, and later you realize there is nowhere to go.

The required AMUEEE rank varies by course. In 2025, the General All India closing ranks for the listed B.Tech courses ranged from 17 to 429 in Round 7.
