Absolutely dissatisfied with placements.
Placements: 55 percent were placed as of now, and interviews are still going on. The highest package is 24 LPA (Arista Networks/SAP Labs), and the lowest is 5 LPA. Many got internship opportunities, and the recruiters included Amazon, ISRO, Visa, SAP Labs, Synopsys, Honeywell, Caterpillar, Alphaweave, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good, but still needs improvements. The hostel is fine, but sometimes the mess food is a big headache because when some local students go home during holidays, the mess food is the worst at night. However, during breakfast and lunch, it’s good for the amount they charge per year.
Faculty: The teaching quality is good. Teachers are highly qualified. However, they don't provide exactly what the industry wants from us, so we need to externally learn all those things. The odd semesters are very tough. The cutoff as of now is strictly 40 (overall, including internal and external).
Other: Coming to events, there aren't many events conducted, but they are good for spending time.

Review of Amrita School of Engineering, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore.
Placements: They showed their higher concentration on the placement path. It offers job opportunities in various automotive, electronics, and semiconductor manufacturing companies such as Foxconn, Wistron, Tata Motors, and Maruti Suzuki. At various positions like design, system, QC, and product engineer with high packages.
Infrastructure: The laboratories were equipped with various testing equipment, CNC machines, and other tools.
Faculty: Faculty members were short-tempered. They behave roughly and rudely when we approached them with questions or for clarification. Their descriptive role focused on activities like monitoring students’ grades. Their suggestions measures to score top grades. Other than this, they did not provide proper guidance regarding subject doubts.
Other: To join M.Tech courses, it was necessary to clear entrance exams like GATE, CLAT, etc. Every coursework focused on research along with academics. Versatile back support was provided by the representatives in the college.

BBA in Business Analytics - Batch of 2028

Good infrastructure, but a bad hostel.
Placements: I'm currently in the first year of university, so no one has been placed yet. My seniors have informed me that the packages start from 6 LPA, but everyone gets placed. Most students are asked to do an internship and are provided by the company. The course helps students to gain technical knowledge. And current world accounting principles.
Infrastructure: The classroom and university are beautiful, including Wi-Fi speakers, libraries, PC lab, etc., for my BBA and B.A. courses. The hostel is not good. The food is bad, the rooms are small, and you're forced to share them with 4 people. The food may consist of insects and rocks. Canteen is good tho, the quality and quantity are really good, the price too is low.
Faculty: The teachers are very approachable, nice, and knowledgeable. They give their best in each class and help us understand every concept. The course curriculum is very relevant, making students industry-ready. They follow current world problems, etc. The sem exams are difficult but help to stay updated.
Other: The business analytics part makes the foundation strong and makes students industry-ready. I wish the college hostel would improve. Events are there, but I wish there were more.

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeeth review.
Placements: The placement in our course was good. The highest package offered in our course was 24 LPA. The average package was around 7 LPA. Top Recruiting companies were JSW, Tata, Mahindra, Jindal, etc. Around 50 percent of students got internship offers.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for our course were extremely good. Wi-Fi facility, modern classroom, and labs were well equipped with instruments and machinery. The quality of hostel was very good. Canteen and mess food was awesome in taste.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful, qualified and knowledgeable in their respective domains. The Teaching quality of our faculty members was good. Course curriculum was relevant. Students become industry ready. Semester exam in college was moderate. Around 95 percent of students passed.

B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2029
Offered by Amrita School of Engineering, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham - Bengaluru Campus

You should prefer Amrita Bangalore for B.Tech.
Placements: Do not choose this college if your only goal is placements, because placements are average at Amrita. Computer Science and AI branches are getting the best placements, but the lower branches are struggling with it. Many top companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Microsoft, etc., visit the campus.
Infrastructure: Hostels are good, and very spacious rooms are available. Each room is 4 sharing, but it doesn't cause any difficulty as the rooms are large enough. The infrastructure of the college is good enough, but it feels a little small but you have to keep in mind it is in Bangalore.
Faculty: Exams are conducted regularly, including mid-semester exams, end-semester exams, quizzes, presentations, and lab evaluations. Faculty members are good, but you don't expect the same behaviour from everyone, all branches have some good and non-likable personalities. The curriculum is very well designed.
Other: Just follow the instructions passed by the faculty advisory, and you will have a chill 4 years.

Disciplined campus life and real technical exposure.
Placements: 85 to 90 percent of the students in my course are placed, especially in CSE and associated fields. The highest package exceeded 40 to 50 LPA for a few top performers, with the average being roughly around 7 to 8 LPA. Companies like Amazon, Microsoft, TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Deloitte, Cisco, and AMD came to our campus.
Infrastructure: The overall infrastructure in Amrita is excellent and well maintained. The classrooms are clean, Wi-Fi is available across most areas, and the labs are well equipped for all major branches. The library is large, quiet, and has good digital resources. Overall its good.
Faculty: The curriculum is updated regularly and is designed to give them good exposure to both theoretical knowledge and industry related skills. The teaching quality is structured and disciplined, which helps students stay consistent in their studies. The semester exams are moderately difficult and require regular preparation.
