Amrita Entrance Exam – Life Sciences, Agriculture & Medical Sciences (AEEL) 2025 exam will be conducted by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore, tentatively in the third week of May 2025. The entrance exam will be conducted in a computer-based test (CBT) or online mode. The application process for the AEEL 2025 entrance exam started on January 3, 2025. Other dates such as slot booking, exam date, result and admission process will be announced soon.

The AEEL 2025 scores will be accepted by the Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham campuses of Coimbatore, Amritapuri, Kochi and Faridabad for the BSc and BPharm courses.

As per the AEEL 2025 exam pattern, the duration of the test is two hours. There were as many as 80 questions from Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics and English. The questions were of multiple-choice (MCQ) type. The exam will be conducted on more than 60 cities across India to make it accessible for students nationwide.

AEEL 2025 Eligibility Criteria

The AEEL 2025 eligibility criteria are as follows:

Students should pass or appear for the Class 12 Board exam in the Science stream.
They should score a minimum of 60 per cent aggregate.
There is no age limit for appearing in the AEEL 2025 exam.

The AEEL 2025 application fee is INR 550 and for each additional subject, the fee is INR 350.

Marking Scheme

For each correct answer, 3 marks will be awarded and for each wrong answer, 1 mark will be deducted. No marks will be awarded or deducted for unattempted questions.
