I am satisfied with my college having helpful teachers and good facilities.

Placements: Ignou is an open University. There are no placements from Ignou but if your study center is good, then your teachers will help you to get placements. If you have technical skills, you can get placed in a company and you will have a lot of time to work on your skills.

Infrastructure: My study center is good and In classroom AC is available, Wi-Fi, computer, etc. Canteen also available but if you have money to purchase a food and there is badminton field and In my college there is BGMI torunamnet or free fire tournament also played.

Faculty: The teachers are so helpful in my college, they are friendly and their teaching quality is good. In BCA, the exams are hard but not too hard, if you study, you can get good marks. The passing percentage is 40 out of 100 and there are semester wise papers conducted having different marks for each paper.

Other: Best thing is the college saves your time in comparison to the regular colleges. If you’re doing BCA from Ignou, you will grow your skills and have enough time to work on the skills. You can also do some other courses in hacking because you have lots of time to prepare everything.

Personal review of IGNOU college.

Placements: As it is an open University, you will not get any placements. You should do some other things side by side to get placed here. You should come here just to do get a degree. No internships are provided in the college. I joined this college due to the less fee structure and because I only wanted a graduation degree.

Infrastructure: I joined the course of Bachelor’s in Computer Applications. The classes are set up on weekends in which you can go to the labs for practicals in your respective study centres allotted to you. There is no library provided. There is no hostel facility as it is an open University.

Faculty: The faculty is not good as they think that as it is an open college, they don't need to teach and the students will study on their own. The course will not make you industry ready as the main focus is to get a degree and not placements. The exams are not tough but the checking of the exams is strict.

Good faculty and study material but bad placement .

Placements: There is no campus placement available; students need to proactively seek internships and part-time jobs to gain practical experience and make professional connections. However, students can secure placements off-campus, and many have been selected in this manner.

Infrastructure: As hostels aren't available due to it being an open university, the labs and library provided are of high quality. The condition of computer systems is excellent. The classrooms are modern, equipped with smart boards, offering a great learning experience for education.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable; they teach us well. The course curriculum is relevant and industry-ready. Semester exams are not too difficult; the pass percentage is 40%. Exams are held in two sessions in a year, and assignments are also given.

Other: I chose this course because it is interesting and offers future security. The best aspect of this course is its instruction in programming languages. Regular classes will be more helpful.

It is an average college.

Placements: Our college has tie ups with the Indian air force and other government organisations. Our college offer many opportunities under government organisations so it is so much amazing to be a part of it. It is so good and I am feeling lucky to become its part.

Infrastructure: Necessary infrastructure is there including equipment for the students. I have attended classes as well. It is so chilling. Glad to be part of it. Everything is awesome here.

Faculty: The curriculum is upto date. It is updated for every course and this course is amazing. I myself have enjoyed a lot on working on new projects assigned to me. Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. They make us industry ready.

Good for placements. Not for enjoyment.

Placements: IGNOU based institution is in new Delhi, primary focused on distance education. The department is fully supportive and about 80% students are placed from my college. About 22-50 LPA is the average package in this field. Placement is top class.

Infrastructure: When it comes to infrastructure of government colleges, needless to say it is the most spacious and an ultra dirty place. The infrastructure is very bad. Government system is so bad. Action needs to be taken against NDMC. We have to face a lot of problems.

Faculty: The faculty is also not good as they don't help us. It does not matter who is in their class. They just come to take attendance and nothing else. We have to study by ourselves. So we have to face a lot of problems.

In case of admission in distance degree you need to show your address proof via a government ID card like Aadhar card and then you need to show your marksheets of 10 and 12 boards. these are needed. plus a bonafide if required.

It's around 30,000 (total of 3 years). There are 6 semesters. Every semester, you have to pay 5000 in IGNOU.

The general eligibility criteria to be eligible for applying for BCA course you must have completed your Higher Secondary (+2) Examination or equivalent(diploma degree), with minimum 50% marks in total and also having Mathematics as subject in the qualifying examination. All the best.
