B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence ) - Batch of 2027
Offered by Vignan's LARA Institute of Technology & Science
3.4
4Placements3Infrastructure4Faculty4Crowd & Campus Life2Value for Money
My college name is Vignan's Lara Institute of Technology and Science.
Placements: My college placements are good because 80% of my seniors got jobs. 4th academic year started just a few months ago, but they have undergone many drives. They train how to attend drives. They also give the most asked interview questions, the procedure, etc.
Infrastructure: Our college is okay when we consider the infrastructure of my classes, labs, hostels, etc. The fans are fewer compared to the ones they always give priority to for the natural air. We have AC only in the computer labs. Nature-wise, somewhat okay.
Faculty: Our faculty has a very friendly nature towards us, and they simply explain doubts. Our exams are a little tough because our college also conducts assignments. But we can prepare easily for the mid-semester as well as for semester exams. They are very helpful for the knowledge also.
Other: My batch is so lucky to have some special offers because our college has become autonomous.

B.Tech. in Civil Engineering - Batch of 2025
Offered by Maharaj Vijayaram Gajapathi Raj College of Engineering (MVGRCE)

My engineering dream life.
Placements: As per my college's previous data, approximately 50% of my course students are placed. The highest package is 18LPA, the lowest is 3.5 LPA, and the average is 5.5LPA. Recruiting companies are LNT, Larsen, Turbo, etc. I think very minimal, approximately 30% of students secured internships. Site tester, project manager, site manager, designer, etc., are roles offered.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college is filled with greenery, and the civil department block is very uniquely designed. The classrooms are good with satisfactory lab equipment. The library is top-notch with a huge collection of books to build our career and personality. The hostel and canteen food is good. The medical facilities are also very useful for limited sports events.
Faculty: The faculty are very knowledgeable with good knowledge in core subjects. Their experience gives a lot of confidence to develop a strong career. The subjects are very useful for a career. It deals with real-time projects. The semester exams are very challenging with advanced questioning.
Other: I chose this course based on my passion, and I am personally very interested in dealing with civil engineering. I wish to be strong in practical knowledge rather than theoretical knowledge. The events are limited to a good atmosphere. The campus surroundings are very pleasant, with a temple surrounded by peace. There are many clubs within the college which is useful for career and individual mental growth.

Good college that you can join but it is far from the city.
Placements: In my college, at my placements, so many are placed in different big companies. 90% are all placed, but in 90%, 40% of people are placed in non-IT, and it is the worst company. After joining that company, no one is there for one month. Also, in my college, the highest package is 44.5 LPA, and the lowest is 2 LPA, and it is not a good job.
Infrastructure: My college is a very small college, and it is around 2 acres, maybe. In my college there is no Wi-Fi for students, and Wi-Fi is there only for staff, and in college a small canteen is there, and food quality is also not good.
Faculty: In my college, faculty are good and friendly, and they will help students, and they are good, knowledgeable people, but they didn't teach properly, and for the branch there will be a lot of study; the study that is provided by this college is not usable here; they mainly focus on placements, making it easy to pass in the semester.

B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering - Batch of 2025
Offered by Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering
4.2
4Placements4Infrastructure5Faculty4Crowd & Campus Life4Value for Money
My college experience with pros and cons.
Placements: I took the Electronics and Communication Engineering course in my B.Tech. as per my brother and relatives' guidance, as they told me that I have a chance of getting a job in core companies and also on the software side. The college brought some core companies like Medha, Moschip, etc.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are okay, but not so excellent. The infrastructure is good, and our college prioritises the environment by planting many trees and plants around the college. The hostel food is decent, and the facilities in the hostel can be improved. The canteen was improved recently, and there is sufficient space for sports and games.
Faculty: The faculty and their knowledge were top-notch. They extend their support to the students beyond the curriculum. They explain everything in a practical way possible. The semester exams are conducted with mid-level difficulty, making it possible to pass for most of the students, and about 80% students pass on the first attempt.
Other: The things I would wish can be improved are that many more core companies should visit my branch, so that ECE students can get placed in their core branch companies. Also, it should provide more industrial exposure to us. Events can be conducted in a larger number than they are now. Campus life is peaceful and good.

Offered by Malla Reddy College of Engineering and Technology
4.8

The college environment was beautiful and peaceful.
Placements: Two years back, our college had one name that was a brand of excellence for placements, but now it is completely opposite. Very few companies have come to our college, and the packages are also very low. Internships are also very few. Recruiting companies like Accenture, HCL, Cognizant and some others. Hope to increase the placements from this year onwards.
Infrastructure: Facilities-wise and infrastructure-wise, our college is excellent. Classrooms are very good and spacious, labs are good and equipped with the best equipment, and Wi-Fi facilities are available. Every department has its own auditorium. College hostel facility is available for both boys and girls. The facilities in the college hostel are very good.
Faculty: Semester exams are sometimes easy and sometimes hard. Simply says easy to moderate. But don't worry, the faculty will provide PDFs and notes, and they will help and they will guide the students. Course curriculum updated daily. Teachers are very talented. Their teaching quality was amazing.

B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering - Batch of 2028
Offered by Narasaraopeta Engineering College (Autonomous)

Review of Narasaraopet Engineering College.
Placements: In our college, I am the student of 1st year in electronics communication and engineering course. In our college, placements are very less and for our course no placements in our college and for the computer science students there are few placements in our college. Only some merit students who did own prepared students get the placements in our college. Coming to the internships, internships are not available in our college for merit students also in our college.
Infrastructure: The facilities and the infrastructure available in our college are very less and for our course is too much less. In our college, the classrooms are very bad and digital boards are not available in our college. Wi-Fi is very the worst in our college and we do not have sufficient labs for ECE students. Coming to the hostels is very bad in our college no facilities are available in that hostels. Food is also not good in our college.
Faculty: The teaching quality in our college is not good in our college. The faculty are not helpful, not qualified, and not knowledgeable in our college. The faculty has no experience and they don't have knowledge about the subject. Some of the CSE faculty are teaching well. Course curriculum is relevant to our course and it does not makes the students industry-ready. The semester exams in our college are a little bit difficult the students of 80% got the pass marks in our college.
Other: In our college, I am a student 1st year in electronics and communications and engineering course. I chose this course for this course students who have job opportunities in both software and hardware side so that's why I choose this course but in reality, no job opportunities are available for this course and it is very difficult compared to the other courses anyway I want to improve my skills and try to get a good job. In our college, so many fests and events are conducted and we enjoy those events very much.

To get a seat in JNTU, it all depends on your category of caste. If you are a general category student, then you need to get a rank below 3000 to get in Computer Science engineering, and if you want to just join the college irrespective of course, then your rank should be between 3k to 10k.
