My batch got wonderful placement opportunities.

Placements: This college is definitely the best not only in Mumbai but also in India if you want to obtain a Master's degree in finance. The highest package offered was 20 Lacs per annum, and the average package was 8 Lacs per annum. The top roles offered are assistant manager in finance. The top recruiters are KPMG, India Bulls, HDFC, and ICICI bank. Internships are compulsory in the final year.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is maintained excellently. There are air-conditioned classrooms and properly maintained laboratories for academic purposes. There is Wi-Fi facility available for students. The library has both online and offline resources and has all the relevant reference books. The quality of canteen food is fantastic, and the prices are affordable too. There are many sports activities. However, studies and internships leave us very little time.

Faculty: The examinations are difficult to clear as it requires good understanding plus practical applications. We have to study year-round to score well. The course curriculum makes us ready to face corporate challenges and is as per what is expected. All the teachers have been very supportive, and the quality of lectures here is brilliant.

I'm happy to be a part of this college.

Placements: I am a student of the 3-year part-time batch, and the college doesn't offer any placement opportunities for us. The reason being we are already working somewhere. If you are doing full-time MBA from JBIMS, the college provides good placement opportunities. The college is still in the top 5 institutes list, and it is producing many CEOs.

Infrastructure: The building was built with red colour bricks, and it is a heritage standing in back bay reclamation area to produce good students. We have a library which includes all world-class books. The college provides Wi-Fi facility, and there is a canteen available on the campus. Classrooms are good, and they were built by one of the Alumni batches.

Faculty: Faculty members are the sole reason to produce gems. Faculty members have good teaching experience and industrial experience. The course curriculum was changed recently as JBIMS has become an autonomous institute. The subjects are different when compared with our senior batch. I hope we get good knowledge from the new subjects.

Other: Each course has their respective event committees to conduct events. We have the temporary committee named JBIMS. EXE committee. In this committee, the first year students are the learners, second-year students are executors, and the third year students are mentors. EXE committee consists of students, and it works for the students, and it is organised by the students. EXE organises around 12 events in a year.

Other: A world class college with lots of qualified teachers which gives lots of practical exposure with the theoretical studies. We have been given lots of real life case studies which enhances each student skills. Computer labs are well furnished and pre-installed with each and every need of a student whether it is PowerPoint or Outlook. This college is definitely worth the money.
