IGNOU people's University .

Placements: Indira Gandhi National Open University is a university that provides distance education. I am doing a B.A. Honours in Sociology. Compared to other open universities, IGNOU offers more courses and has more value. They offer Bachelor's degrees and postgraduate courses. They also offer Bachelor's in Science (B.Sc.), as well as many diploma and certificate courses.

Infrastructure: As we are studying through distance mode, we don’t need to go to college or attend any classes, so we don’t experience campus life. We only have to go to the study centers selected by us for examinations and for submitting assignments. If we have any inquiries, we can approach nearby centers.

Faculty: Indira Gandhi National Open University offers many courses at an affordable price. In my opinion, my course syllabus is quite tough. However, they provide good quality classes through a digital platform and also offer study materials through the postal service. IGNOU is the best open university in Asia.

This university is best to take a degree.

Placements: There is no maximum percentage in the course, and the minimum percentage is passed in the 12th standard. IGNOU is the best college of open university. The internships are not provided in this course. It has the best opportunity to take a degree.

Infrastructure: This university is provided by the government. College to attend class at choose student college nearby and classrooms good, because they are regular to attend class. It provides canteen, medical, and library provide each Saturday and Sunday.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful to make students score in the exam, and very easy to the teaching method. All teacher is a highly educated and well-disciplined. Each year has two semesters at this university total is 6 semesters to this course, and students are very happy to pass by submitting their assignments to the professors.

Other: I opted for this course, because I learned outside course and this course is helpful. They improve skills and knowledge to students, and very helpful courses are social. Improvement is not required in this college. Only regular students are participating in this college fests and events.

Review of IGNOU - Indira Gandhi National Open University.

Placements: The college provided good placement opportunities in the last few years. Students have also secured a good rank and position in society, graduating from IGNOU. They get placements in BYJU's, Infosys, Tata, and some new startup companies like Wheelseye etc.

Infrastructure: IGNOU is a course basically provided to non-regular students, as they might involve in other works or other courses and doing graduation from other IGNOU. This type of graduation basically helps in gaining knowledge with ample opportunities. I am not pretty sure about the hostel.

Faculty: The curriculum and facilities provided by the centre are good. They will give you contact and tell you what to do. All the information about exams and projects is provided by the regional centre you choose.

Other: It is not a regular college, so you have to study from books and audio-video lectures provided on the official site. After you fill examination form, they will allow you to choose the examination centre located nearly 5-10 km from your residence.

I am completely satisfied with everything.

Placements: As I'm doing my B.A. from distance learning, I don't know about the placements. However, there are many internship programs which provide stipends. I don't think that any college will provide placements for a simple B.A. programme. If you are a science student, then you may get a campus placement.

Infrastructure: My study centre is Government PG College Hisar, and the infrastructure of the college is the best among other colleges in Hisar. There is a separate building for every stream, be it medical, non-medical, arts or commerce. There is also a library which helps students during their exams.

Faculty: I attend classes on weekends, and the faculty members are very good and experienced. The study material provided is worth reading. The examination is held once a year for this programme. Material that they provide help even in UPSC exam as the booklets are very well organised and composed.

Our college is good, but the study centre is a little mess.

Placements: I am still pursuing B.A from open college IGNOU. Centres were not very good here. Some students will irritate others, and they don't even study or let others study. They just come to college to enjoy.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are good and clean here. There are washroom issues, study centre (Bitcom, Pitampura, Kohat Enclave) and water issues. There is a Wi-Fi facility, but they don't provide us with passwords.

Faculty: Teachers here are good and cooperative. They are really very helpful and well qualified. They are always ready to explain to us. They teach us not to just pass in the exams but teach by putting much efforts to gain knowledge other than books. Our subjects are in English, but teachers teach in Hindi.

Other: Everything is good here.
