    Good For regular degree without doing classes but No placement provided.
    Placements: No placement guaranteed even for professional course its good for regular degree but for placement you need to opt for other institutions exam is super tough here no information will be provided to student they will just give you books read it and pass the exam and get the degree that's it.
    Infrastructure: Study centre are many fanous colleges of Kolkata so infrastructure is super as my study centre was maulana college Kolkata infrastructure was good there teachers were helpful library was provided but no proper books were available no Wi-Fi classrooms were big and untidy no hostel provided quality of food is the worst don't ever go to canteen there.
    Faculty: Teachers were helpful in study centre but in regional centre you will not get a single information related to your course. they will delay your problems only. beside that teachers were helpful in study centre. opt for some better college as your study centre. that will surely help you. if you choose bad quality study centre then no teaching will be done. make assignment clear and long. as they will provide you good marks.
    Other: I am always interested to learn about sociology as with its help I can learn about various changes in our society from ancient tk modern period.

    I was satisfied with college.
    Placements: It is nice to be a student of IGNOU as it provides better opportunities for students who hail from far-flung areas. Almost 10 students out of 22 students got placement. The salary offered was around Rs. 25,000 per month. Students were offered job opportunities in private sectors.
    Infrastructure: The infrastructure provided by IGNOU was extraordinary. Labs were available to us for every required class. Classrooms were fully ventilated and equipped with the latest audio-visual aids. The food served was good and hygienic. Hostels were also provided for needed students.
    Faculty: The teaching staff of IGNOU was fabulous and supportive. The quality of teaching was excellent and informative. They were very helpful that we were not facing any difficulty in any field of academic achievement. They also provided us with good exposure.
    Other: The campus is located in a very good place. Its surroundings are neat and clean and also free from any disturbance.

    Yes, you are eligible for a government job after completing your graduation from IGNOU. Because Distance mode learning is also equivalent to regular mode learning. There is no difference in validity of open or regular courses.
