LPU Fee Breakup 2026
The LPU fee structure is inclusive of multiple components. The components are tuition fees, registration fee, hostel and mess charges, other one-time fees, etc. The students who are selected for admissions have to pay the fee on the time as per instructed by the university. LPU offers admission to BTech based on LPUNEST. Candidates apply for BTech CSE Software Product Engineering need to pass KQ test followed by a PI round. Additionally, candidates need to pass Class 12 in relevant subjects to apply for BTech course. After completion of the selection rounds, candidates need to pay a fee to confirm their seat.
Students should pass BCA or BSc Computer Science or BSc IT or have any graduation degree with computer Science as a course with at least 60% marks to apply for MCA course. Yes, BTech at LPU is worth pursuing if you are interested in CSE courses and are willing to pay the fee. LPU was ranked at 50 under the 'Engineering' category. The university provides an industry-focused enviornment. The university actively conducts huge placement drives and helps students to upskill themselves. CSE, IT, and AI & Machine Learning courses often see an overall good placement report with top 50% students getting an average package of INR 10.21 lakh. LPU accepts LPUNEST score for admission to MCA and MCA Hons courses. LPUNEST exam is conducted online every year for admission to MCA and other courses. The test is as an Entrance Test and Scholarship Test. Scholarship amount is determined by the marks and rank obtained by students in the exam. The exam duration is 2.5 hours. The test comprises 125 questions of 500 marks. Students also need to complete graduation to get admission to MCA.

Hostel facility is provided by LPU. There are multiple sharing rooms. Students can apply for single seater rooms as well. Hostel charges are different for each type of room. The fee for single seater standard AC room is INR 1.5 Lacs per year.
