LPU University campus area is spread over 600 acres of land. It offers many facilities to its students apart from regular facilities such as well-equipped classrooms and labs. See below to know more:

Charges (in INR) for Residential Facility for Academic Session 2026-27: Apartments

There are various facilities available in apartments, like air conditioners, attached washrooms, wooden box beds, study tables, chairs, and an almirah. Students will have to get permission to use electrical gadgets with a maximum load of up to 5 amperes per apartment. One and two-seater apartments have an attached lobby. There is 24 hrs. security services available, CCTV surveillance, electricity backup, water supply, staff assistance, and medical services (medicines and tests on payment). A few more facilities are:

Charges (in INR) for Residential Facility for Academic Session 2026-27: Standard Rooms

There are various facilities available in standard hostel rooms and some of them are air conditioners/ air coolers (as availed), attached washrooms, and a geyser in each room. There is a study table, bed, chair, and other facilities available. There is 24-hour security services available, CCTV surveillance available, electricity backup available, water supply, staff assistance, and medical services available (medicines and tests on payment). The university standard hostel rooms have a study room, TV room, lift facility, fire fighting systems, and various other facilities available for students.

Mess Services

Students have the flexibility to either avail the Mess Plan offered by the University or manage their meals independently. Mess Plan is designed in two categories: Standard Food and Ala Carte, which includes a choice of North Indian, South Indian, and Regional Cuisine. North Indian and South Indian food can be opted for within the same hostel mess or at centralised locations. Please know that Regional Cuisine is available at specific locations only.

Laundry Facilities 2026-27

Quality laundry services are available for students on the university campus. The laundry services are offered through the best drying and washing machines using standard chemicals. Information about the laundry facilities is mentioned below:

  • The Laundry facility is optional. The Charges for Laundry and its administration are INR 5400. 
  • Delivery/ collection is generally done in a bag with the proper identification number of the user at a specified place in the residential compound

LPU University offers modern amenities with a state-of-the-art infrastructure to its undergraduate and postgraduate students. With a campus area of around 600 acre of land, LPU offers a number of other facilities to its students apart from regular facilities such as labs and well-equipped classrooms. Some of the prominent ones are as follows:

  • LPU has a huge library system with 11 branches. It has more than 43 Lacs books and ebooks across all subjects and fields
  • The university provides office space and equipment, technology support, and other facilities to students
  • The university has six amphitheatres, three auditoriums, two yoga rooms, and 10 open gyms for the overall development of the students
Q:   How is the faculty and infrastructure of Lovely Professional University for B.Arch?
A:
The number of institutes offering the BCA course is overwhelming. However, not all of them can boast about quality. That is why, you need a reputed institute like Lovely Professional University to study such advanced courses. The institute has an amazing infrastructure with experienced faculty giving holistic education to their students. The placement cell is also well-organized and regularly places its candidates into the biggest names in the corporate world. One of my friends told me that In BCA you will learn about some interesting subjects like Mathematics, Computer Programming, Computer Networking, Database Management Systems, and, Software Engineering. Besides the core compulsory subjects, students can choose from a wide variety of subjects as their pathway elective or minor elective. The curriculum is revised occasionally to keep students up-to-date and industry ready. They give a very good amount of training before you go into campus placements. Don't miss out on that as in the end, all we need is a decent place with good exposure. Industry certifications, MOOCs, Hackathons, Workshops, Guest lectures, Educational Trips, Live projects, Incubation projects, and Community projects, are an integral part of the curriculum. LPU provides Separate laboratories for all the domains: Programming Lab, Networking Lab, Systems and Architecture Lab, Databases Lab, and Software Engineering Lab.
Q:   Is CAT compulsory for MBA in LPU?
A:

CAT is one of the accepting exams for admission to MBA course of LPU. Th university conducts LPUNEST Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test for admission to MBA course. It is conducted in online mode every year. The test acts as an Entrance Test as well as Scholarship Test. The amount of scholarship is determined by the marks and rank obtained by candidates in the exam. LPUNEST is a 2.5 hours exam including 125 questions. Apart from LPUNEST, the university also accepts MAT, XAT and other Management entrance exam scores for admission. The shortlisted candidates are further called for GDPI round. 

Q:   Does LPU provides hostels for BA LLB students?
A:

Hostel facility is provided by LPU. There are multiple sharing rooms. Students can apply for single seater rooms as well. Hostel charges are different for each type of room. The fee for single seater standard AC room is INR 1.5 Lacs per year.

LPU: Our branch facilities and placement review.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is big, and it is fully modernized. Most of the facilities are top-notch. There are campus Wi-Fi connection issues, and network problems are one of the big concerns. Other facilities, like labs, are good and all equipment is present. Hostel facilities are also good. Mess food is decent. Sports and medical services are well managed by the department.

Review of LPU agriculture department.

Infrastructure: This college had a huge campus. It provided facilities like a big farming field with equipment. The classrooms were big in size and had centralized AC and a projector. A huge library was here with a capacity of more than 2000 students. The quality of food was average. The hostel rooms were small in size. All types of sports were played here.

It is worth taking admission here.

Infrastructure: Majorly everything is great and is in the place where it should be. Infrastructure is good. Hostels are good. Network issues at hostels. Food issues at the mess but the university does support everything, where the interest of the student really is.

The class infrastructure and timing could be better.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good but could be better. The air conditioners also do not work sometimes. Wi-Fi is too slow. Sometimes Wi-Fi gets disconnected when we need it most. It is difficult to connect.

Infrastructure: I am a day scholar. Hostel facilities are good. Wi-Fi in the classrooms also works well. The computer labs are well-equipped. Lovely Professional University has a big library for students with fully air-conditioned facilities.

Good campus, infrastructure, and opportunities, but room for improvement.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure at LPU is one of its strongest points. Classrooms are good, Wi-Fi is available across most areas, and there are separate labs for different subjects. The library and study space are useful for students. Hostel facilities are decent. The experience can depend on the block and room. Mess food is average and can become repetitive. Sports facilities are very good with plenty of options for outdoor and indoor activities. Medical facilities are also available on campus.

The placements in the year 2026 are good. Great infrastructure and a 4-star hotel-like studio.

Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi in the campus block is too good and too fast. Computer labs are awesome. We also have a MAC lab and classrooms are of two types BYOD (bring your own device) and normal classrooms. The quality of food in the hostel is good, and the hostel canteen food is delicious.

Placements and infrastructure of LPU.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is really good. The whole campus is AC and Wi-Fi-enabled. All classes are smart classes. Wi-Fi and AC are working properly. We have BYOD labs and Mac labs are available. Lift and ambulance facilities are available. Hostel facilities are also good. We have 24/7 power backup, Wi-Fi, and water. AC rooms and cooler rooms are available. Food is good we have an open gym free for all in every hostel.

Overall, university is okay. There is nothing much to say about it.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is nice. Everything a person requires is there, but it is too expensive, I think. Three meals for Rs. 48,000 a year is too much. Gym, laundry, and extra fests should be included too. Extra charges to use the sports complex feel like looting, to be honest.

Infrastructure: The college offers good infrastructure for both our course and the hostel. Classrooms and labs are well maintained with the necessary equipment and active Wi-Fi. Satisfied with faculty, good placements, infrastructure, and the exposure we get from the campus.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure for the course and hostel is very nice, but the quality of the mess is not so good. Some days, good food is provided, while on some days it is very bad. Classrooms are fully air-conditioned. The library facilities are very good, with a huge variety of books.
