For B.Tech CSE, I'd prefer Thapar Institute if you can afford it. LPU generally offers more scholarship routes, including up to 60% through certain LPUNEST/academic criteria, while Thapar's 2026–27 merit scholarships can include full tuition plus  development fee waiver for top JEE Main performers.

For B.Tech CSE, I’d personally go with Galgotias, especially if you want good value for money and Delhi-NCR exposure. You get plenty of opportunities through technical activities, projects, internships and clubs. LPU is also decent, but imo Galgotias makes more sense if you’re focused on CSE and car
