During my tenure, placements were not good as good companies didn't visit our college to offer placements.

Lovely Professional University Review.
Placements: The placements in our course were decent. The highest package offered in our course was 12 LPA. The average package was between 3–4 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Lupin, Sun Pharma, Mankind, etc. Around 80 percent of students got internships.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for our course were extremely good. All the required instruments were available for practicals. The campus was Wi-Fi enabled. Mess and canteen food were good. Medical facility was present. Multiple sports complexes were present.
Faculty: The teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality of our faculty members was good. The course curriculum was relevant. The college provided the lab to gain practical experience; it depends on the student. Semester examinations were moderate.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of the faculty but the environment is good.
Placements: I am in my 2nd year right now, as I see there are students getting placed, but more companies prefer CSE students, and also the students in BCA get placed in sales more than in coding line, though if you study hard, you can get placed in coding jobs.
Infrastructure: The facilities are good because the Wi-Fi is good in hostels, though the same cannot be said about food, as the food may be good for some and not for others. The medical facilities are good, as is a hospital on campus. The Wi-Fi facilities are also good. 1 person gets 40 GB for a week, and online games cannot be played on this Wi-Fi.
Faculty: The teaching faculty cannot be said to be good as there are good faculty, but they are fewer in number. The faculty members all just see their own rating in class, and if someone repeatedly asks doubts, they just lash out at the student, so the faculty are not good.
Other: Events and fests are happening daily.

All are welcome. It is an awesome campus.
Placements: The highest package is reported as 3 crore per annum. The top companies recruiting include Amazon, Google, Apple, Nvidia, Intel, Bosch, and many others. Packages are offered to 6000+ students, and the 2025 batch has 1700+ students. It is an awesome college, and placements are among the top compared to other colleges.
Infrastructure: Hostels are luxurious, affordable, well-cleaned, and secure for students. Rooms are available in different types, with AC or without AC, and for 4-person, 2-person, or single occupancy. There is 24-hour security. You can buy anything inside the campus as we have everything. It includes malls and markets.
Faculty: Teachers are well-trained and professional. Many of them hold doctorates in India. If any problems arise, they help us. All exam questions are of standard level. Exams are conducted with good security and discipline, including M.A. exams, CA, midterms, etc.
Other: We have many opportunities, such as hackathons, technorathons, and fests for students, including Sunburn and car shows.

Glimpse of Biotech Department of LPU.
Placements: Placements are average, with roles like drug manufacturing, quality control and quality assurance executive, business analyst, and sales and consulting roles, and packages are like 3-5 LPA, it’s quite rare to get 10 LPA or 8 LPA, and once in 3-4 years one gets such a good package, usually from an IT or software company.
Infrastructure: Classrooms and furnitures are quite good and spacious, and infrastructure is really good. Library has a lot of books, but people there hardly use it. Library is open from 9 to 7. Labs are good, but not that good as they don’t have all instruments, and most of the instruments don’t work. Hostels are below average, they charge highly, and mess food is below average.
Faculty: Some faculty members are IITians or NITs or from good research backgrounds, they really bring good research to the department. Some faculty members are top 2 percent scientists of the world. Syllabus and curriculum is basic, and it’s easy to score if you know what and how to write.
Other: Events and other things always go on. They might distract you and cost excess unwanted charges, so better avoid them if you want good placements and CGPA.

Every opportunity available, but you should be serious.
Placements: To be very frank, colleges do not provide the actual data of placement internships, etc. The reason behind it is that there are too many admissions this year, more than Rs. 30,000. Although, the highest placement is of 2.5 crore per annum, it is fake. Last year, it was 54 LPA, and the average package is about 6 LPA to 8 LPA because they make students ineligible for the placement, so this is the average of only eligible students.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is really awesome and well-maintained. Wi-Fi is available in the hostel. The library and the hospital are available. Mess food is ok-ok, canteen food is good overall hostel and infrastructure-wise, LPU is holding its position well. Sometimes, like very few times in the whole year, there is an electricity issue, but it is acceptable.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, they are mostly IITian and NITian qualified and knowledgeable. Some of them do not deliver well, but most of them are good. Course curriculum is also relevant, and regular practical field experience is given to students in other branches, such as civil. And academically, it's also not that tough, except for some professors. Last semester, 91 percent of students passed, which means no back, and this is the general trend.
Other: College life here is full of fun, and lots of activities are going on. I chose this course since it is the time of AI, CS is the best branch for it. I also did a specialization in AI. I should be serious about academics from the first semester.

Placements are not good, huge number of students (completion more), and infrastructure is good.
Placements: I am currently pursuing my B.Tech (CSE) from LPU, Punjab. I am in 2nd year currently, so if you are coming LPU for the placement opportunities, the first thing you should keep in mind is that you are competing with 10,000 to 15,000 students in CSE, so for the placements you have to study according to that. Teachers are good over here. According to my experience, some of my friends who are in different sections have told me that they are having bad teachers, so it's your luck.
Infrastructure: Classrooms and libraries are very spacious, ventilation is good, in summers AC is turned on the whole day, so the rooms are cold in summers. I am not living in hostel, but my friends who are living in the hostels told me that the hostels are good, but they are costly. In 2nd year most of my friends shifted to law GATE or green valley, which are the places near our college. The food of our mess is also okay, not so good not so bad.
Faculty: Teachers are quite helpful and also qualified enough to teach us. If we ask doubt to them, they clear it very nicely. Teachers also depend on your luck, as I told some of my friends who had bad experiences. The semester exams in our colleges are not tough. If you pay attention in class, you can get good CGPA.
Other: I chose this college because I have no other option left for me. My last option is LPU, which is like a mini town. Everything you need will be in the college, and also the population of LPU is much more than Jalandhar, it seems to be, but no doubt if you are coming to LPU for the enjoyment. You will feel like you are in heaven, but if you want to be placed in a company, I think LPU is not for you.
