The college is good if your purpose is to join distance education.

Placements: There is no such assurance of placement with IGNOU but there are many career options like that of Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor. The best thing about the college is that I can pursue my graduation while I work full time. There is no such thing as internship provided by the campus, you will have to do everything on your own. The college will only provide you with the course and exam details, that's it.

Infrastructure: I can't say much about the infrastructure because it's a distance learning thing and we need not visit the campus for anything. But I have visited the campus and they have lab, library and full Wi-Fi enabled campus. The campus also has a recreational area and a very good canteen.

Faculty: I don't take classes but there are classes available on weekends and the fee can also be paid online via logging into the portals and uploading all the documents along with the online fee. The exams are difficult if you do not study, but it’s not like you will have to study everyday to get good marks. You can score about 70% by just studying at the time of the exams.

Other: I chose this course because this will add a value to my current job and it's easy to pursue it from here with a full time job. The course can be more helpful if they provide us with the study material. There is no such thing as campus life or events here as we do not go to the campus.

Placements: Almost 45% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered in our course ranges between 3 LPA - 4 LPA. The lowest salary package offered ranges between 2.5 LPA - 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, Dell, and Tally Solutions. Top roles offered are human resources manager, sales executive, business analytics, and business manager.

Infrastructure: Our college provides a good health facility. It has a health center and a first aid facility. The food served in the hostel is healthy and hygienic. The library has many books on different subjects. The infrastructure of our college is modern. We have good internet connectivity. Our college has computer labs.

Faculty: All teachers are good, helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They teach us quality education with intelligence. Our course curriculum is relevant. It makes students industry-ready. It is quite difficult to pass semester exams. The pass percentage is 35%.

Other: I chose this course because I want to do business. Our college should provide more practical than theory. Events, fests, the campus crowd, sports, scholarships, and extracurricular activities are good.

Review of IGNOU - Indira Gandhi National Open University.

Placements: In our course, about 30% of students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. The average salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. Top recruiters are education technology companies, teaching institutes, Cognizant, etc. Around 40% of students got internships. Students were also placed according to their performances. They also did internships from outside as well. Roles like teaching staff, helping staff, etc., are offered.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are good and well maintained with Wi-Fi. There is a big library that can be accessed using an ID card. Classrooms have proper infrastructure for studying. There is no hostel. The quality of canteen food is average. Medical facilities are provided. Games like football can be played outside.

Faculty: Teachers are well qualified. They help us during exams, but classes are not held regularly. There are many students in a classroom. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready as well. It is easy to pass the semester exams as they are of a moderate level. About 80% of students pass.
