For Integrated M.Sc NISER Bhubaneswar is better than NIT Rourkela if you're focused on pure sciences and research.
NISER offers excellent research exposure, internships, and a monthly stipend. NIT Rourkela is better known for engineering, and its Science programs are more industry-oriented.
