NIT Rourkela BTech fee is INR 5 lakh. The total tuition fee for BTech + MTech courses is INR 6.3 lakh. You rank is actually very close to the cutoff.

The rankings of IIT Bhubaneswar and NIT Rourkela are different. NIT Rourkela is ranked 16th in the engineering college and IIT Bhubaneswar is ranked 47th according to NIRF ranking. and NIT Rourkella come among top 50 college in the country while IIT Bhubneshawar come among 20 indias top engineering
