No, the application fee for Amrita CAT can only be paid online. There is no provision of offline payment.

Yes, international students can apply for the ACAT exam. Candidates applying should have a minimum of IBT-TOEFL score of 79 or IELTS score of 6.5 with individual category score of 6 or PTE score of 55 with individual category score of 50.
