Infrastructure: The facilities we get here in Bits pilani are top notch as we have fully furnished classrooms with AC and a Three floored library. Coming to mess the food we get is of atmost quality and hygiene with a balanced diet. And hostels are well maintained with spacious rooms. And there are all type of sports, games available to play.

Review of BITS Pilani - WILP.
Placements: The placement of college has improved within the year. Almost all of us got placed in good companies with decent packages. I would say there are unlimited opportunities for placement and internships. If you are a good, hardworking candidate, it is very easy to crack. The average package for our course is 7 LPA. The top recruiters are Google and Citi Bank.
Infrastructure: The campus life is vibrant; we have 3 fests per year. Here, people come from different states, making it a very diverse campus. We have physical and digital libraries with passcodes given to every student. In the hostel, non-AC rooms are provided with basic facilities like fan, light, and WLAN connection. The food is average here; they prepare it in North Indian style, which West and South people may not like.
Faculty: Teachers are very qualified, with Ph.D.s from well-known institutes of India, and they are very passionate about teaching. We have a relatively grading system here, and scoring is a little tough thing in this system. The course has many industrial emerging technologies; it is made as per the vision of industries. I was given BITSAT and scored 227 marks in it.
Other: The feel of college is very high; if we combine hostel fees, it becomes more expensive for any student.

One of the best college in india.
Placements: BITS pilani is known of its placements. Students got placed in one of the best companies in the world. Each student can get maximum 3 jobs and one of my friend got 3 jobs. Many big Companies JP morgan, Citi bank, goldman sachs, Deloitte, Amazon, flipkart hire from our campus. Good internship opportunities are arrange by campus in form of PS1 and PS2.
Infrastructure: The best thing is the freedom BITS provide. The campus is beautiful in its own with chess court life size. We have student activity centre it nice with gym and badminton facility. Library is any time full you do not get any seat. Wi-Fi available in campus and hostel. Hostel is not good even they charge 3 Lacs but not give any AC. Mess food is one of the worst part of institute.
Faculty: Almost all course are well structured and architecture in order to enhance student knowledge and be industry oriented. They provide excellent opportunity to experiments in well-equipped lab. Faculty is cool enough to talk to students. Exams are always difficult part Niti publication books cover all syllabus.

Review of Birla Institute of Technology and Science.
Placements: As a Pharmacy Student, BITS Pilani ranks in the top 3 for pharmacy according to NIRF. So it's good. But irrespective of the branch, the college holds the same for every degree. Whether you are of any branch, you study under the same roof. Depending on the CGPA, companies recruit the students, and almost all the companies which recruit are the best ones. Overall, Placement and alumni are great as heard from the seniors.
Infrastructure: There are various classrooms depending on the strength of students in one class or time. Separate classrooms for lecture and tutorial sections. Hostels give the proper hostel-like feeling, with each hostel having its own garden-like area and some indoor and outdoor sports. Wi-Fi is in each corner of the campus. Some old structures, but renovations are in progress.
Faculty: The difficulty of the semester depends on the study done by you. There is a system of relative grading for CGPA. One of the best things is that you have to make your own timetable with the available time for you at which you are flexible, with the required condition that must be fulfilled, such as every course assigned to you should fit into the timetable. Teaching quality is good.
Other: Events and festivals are one of the biggest fests in India. They give you an opportunity to learn and interact with other people.

Q:   Are NITs better than BITS?

A:

Given the popularity of the National Institutes of Technology (NITs) and BITS Pilani among engineering students, there is a small assessment given to help you decide if NITs are better than BITS.

  1. On fee parameters: Since the NITs are run by the government, their fee structures are much lower than those of BITS. As a result, NITs are more affordable than BITS.
  2. On recognition: BITS Pilani is a private institution and has four campuses, including one in Dubai. On the other hand, there are 31 NITs across India. As a result, NITs are more well-known in India, whereas BITS are well-known in the Middle East.
  3. Facility parameters: the NITs have far more seats in comparison to BITS centers. However, BITS has a slight edge in meeting the growing demands of the market. BITS is also well staffed and has better infrastructure in comparison to some NITs. For example, BITS have well-maintained oyster labs, whereas in some NITs the lab infrastructure lacks basic maintenance. Also, the hostel facilities are much better at BITS than NIT, with facilities such as AC rooms.
  4. Placement parameters: Both BITS and NITs offer decent placements. However, some NITs, such as NIT Trichy, have slightly better placement in some branches, like CSE. Still, the overall placement rate is similar for both NIT and BITS.
  5. Companies visiting: Top companies visiting BITS include Wipro Technologies, John Deere, and Sterlite Industries. The companies that are recruiting from NITs include Microsoft, Deloitte, and Amazon.

Q:   What is the possibility of candidates having their name in the waiting list to get admission to any of the campuses of BITS?

A:
