No. NBE doesn't send NEET SS admit card on email. Candidates have to download the admit card from the official website, nbe.edu.in. Candidates are informed through SMS/Email alerts and website notice regarding availability of the admit card on the official website. NEET SS 2023 For Foreign Nationals
Foreign nationals who wish to pursue a super speciality course from India need to appear for the NEET SS 2023 examination and clear it. Such candidates do not need to be registered with the MCI/ SMC, provided he/ she is duly registered with the appropriate authority in his/ her own country.
On securing a seat through NEET SS, the MCI may grant temporary registration to these candidates for the duration of the postdoctoral course. This registration will be temporary and shall be limited to the medical college/ institution to which he/she is admitted.Â

Yes. You can carry e Aadhaar card along with NEET SS admit card. But the e Aadhaar card should be a good quality colour print out with clearly visible photograph. The photograph should not have kinks, scratches and stains, and should definitely match with the candidate presenting the e Aadhaar Card.
