Review of Utkal University.
Placements: Hello, my name is Satprem Sahoo, and I am currently pursuing the IMBA course in our Utkal University IMBA department. Around 60-70% of students are placed in our course, this is a good option. The highest package is around 15 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA. Many MNCs also come for recruitment. A good percentage of students, like 40-50%, are placed in roles such as HR, public speaker, presenter, manager, CA, CS, CFS, etc. Thank you all for your time.
Infrastructure: All labs and classrooms are fine, but the hostels are a little messy. Many students are living there for a better future. Overall, this is good, and students can also study there. There are good facilities for living, and the food will be your own; that's what I have to say about the hostel.
Faculty: Teachers here are highly qualified, and they are also very helpful in nature. They are also very high-degree holders. I think most courses prepare students to be industry-ready, and students study with keen interest. The exams are also not too difficult. One student can easily get average marks by understanding basic concepts. Thank you.
Other: I chose this because of my dream of getting into business and management. The best thing about this course is the feel is good, and the placement is also good. The things that can be better are the management of the department and the development of the infrastructure. All activities conducted in the department are the best, and prices for each activity are also fair.

Utkal University - heritage and inside things.
Placements: This is a very good college with a good placement record, and most students are placed in management posts. The highest package was 4 LPA, and the lowest was 1.8 LPA. Top companies like Godrej, Mahendra, and Wipro do come for placement drives. Almost all students were provided with internships.
Infrastructure: As it's a very old university, the infrastructure is very poor, and the hostel condition is relatively very unhygienic and bad. The only positive point is that the food is affordable. The classrooms are also not up to the mark, and labs are also very old and with outdated equipment and no facility for modern labs.
Faculty: Facilities are highly qualified and knowledgeable, but they lack teaching methods, due to which it makes lectures boring. The curriculum is also outdated, and it doesn't make students industry-ready, due to which students suffer a lot. Semesters can be passed easily by studying overnight, and the questions are also known to us.
Other: Utkal University is a very reputed university, due to which I chose this course. The university needs renovation, modern infrastructure, and modern teaching methods. Various events and fests are conducted, and industrial tours are also conducted at the university.

Review of Utkal University.
Placements: There are 60 students in the class. There is a management system in which students are admitted through an entrance test or via SAMS online portals. I have no idea about the package, but some companies seriously recruit students from the college for internships and jobs. However, the academics are not informed about it.
Infrastructure: Hostel rooms are affordable and offer a large coverage. The amount of money they charge for it is very low considering the environment. Boys' mess is not available, but the girls' mess is well-maintained. There are restrictions in the girls' hostel, no one can go out on an outing after 7:00 PM.
Faculty: Faculty members are good and worthy. Classes are held regularly. The class timings start from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM for the first year and 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM for the second year. There are extracurricular activities like sports meets and an annual event called Cross Road for fun among the students.
Other: I chose this course because it's one of the most prestigious colleges in the area. Faculty is good, and the teachers provide moral support to the students. Classes can be improved. Scholarships are available in the organization, and students can avail them.

MBA student's life at Utkal University.
Placements: Placement is very important when you go for a master's degree. Obviously, a student must work hard in the vision of getting a job in which placement provides a very important role. In my case when it comes to Utkal University, the scope for placement is not very high. In the end, you have to work to find a suitable placement for yourself.
Infrastructure: The business administration department is well developed. The infrastructure is what can you expect from a government-based department. Can't say it is well maintained but can be manageable. Wi-Fi is provided in every room of department. The hostel is also good. The only problem you face is the facility of the canteen. Most of the time, it is closed so students have to make their own arrangements.
Faculty: Teachers at this university are well qualified and knowledgeable. They have experience in teaching. You will gain a ton of knowledge but you have to ask for it. I can't say it makes you industry ready so you yourselves have to make your own development. Semester exams are also good and not very tough.

Really good facilities and a better course.
Placements: The students are selected through a entrance basis. Any student who have more Than 50 Percent mark can apply for this. You can get placement in private companies. The course helps to develop skills in business management so that you may selected by good companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. Classrooms are also in good condition. In the department building and in hostel also high-speed Wi-Fi facility is provided. In the hostel 2 students are admitted in one room. In the hostel mess and canteen, bike parking is also available. The hostel mess is providing lunch and dinner in a affordable price. Inside the University campus medical facilities are also available. Sports and games facility is also available. The Department Library is providing books to every students in free of cost which should be returned again after the completion of semester. And in the University you can go to the Parija Library and study.
Faculty: The teachers are really helpful and highly qualified in their subjects. They have gained much knowledge to teach better. The teaching quality is very good. This course helps students in gaining better skills so that they will ready for Industry. The semester exams are not much difficult because the questions are given from the given syllabus.
Other: I choose this course because I was interested in business field. By joining this course I can develop my skills better. So many events are conducted by the university.
