Imperial College is better for clinical medicine (MBBS) than MIT. The university offers a direct UG medical degree to Indian students with world-class hospital training in London. It consistently ranks among the top 10 universities in the world for Medicine.
MIT is better for research in biomedical engineering and biosciences. It focuses on innovation in health technology instead of training licensed doctors.
