In the capacity of Headmistress of the Senior Wing at XYZ School, New Delhi, I have known the applicant, Mr ABC for the past 8 years, ever since he joined this school in Grade IV. I have also had the opportunity of teaching him the subject, ‘Organic Chemistry’, in Grade XI. Based on our association, I consider him to be one of the most diligent and perseverant students I have come across; he has performed to his utmost capability throughout his tenure at this institution.

Being very particular about his academic performance, it came as no surprise to me when he was one of the top performers in school, academically, especially in Science and Mathematics.
