First and foremost, I would like to thank my counselor, Lavlesh, for his outstanding support and guidance in my entire process of admission. Right from the process of selecting the appropriate course to my successful admission in the MSc in Medical Imaging Technology course at Birmingham City University. Lavlesh was absolutely professional, knowledgeable, and accessible throughout. He gave me excellent advice on university choice, documentation, and application procedures, which made everything absolutely stress-free. He was also very prompt in responding to all my questions.

My study abroad counselor, Lavlesh, was extremely supportive, professional, and knowledgeable throughout my entire UK study abroad journey. From university selection to application guidance and documentation, he explained everything clearly and patiently. He was always available to answer my questions and provided timely updates, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Thanks to his constant support and guidance, I felt confident and well-prepared to pursue my studies in the UK.

I was so lucky to have Lavlesh Bhai as my counselor .. the first conversation was “ Arey sir vir mat bol” this is what he said to me.. So i started calling him “Bhai” and i guess we both took it literally.. From the start till the end he has guided me with proper steps and explained how and most importantly why we have to do things this way. I have not been easy on him and i am so happy to say he has handled it very professionally as well as treating me like his brother. One advice to the future students who will be under him .. Just do what he says and have blind faith in him. Shiksha needs to keep this man safe and give him a raise … he is awesome.Thank you bhai for everything it was amazing to meet you . You were not only my counsellor but i have got a new friend as well.

I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation to my counselor, Lavlesh Mishra, who has been an amazing mentor and support system during my process of getting admission at the University of Hertfordshire. At the time when I reached out to him in January 2025, I frankly had no clear direction. The procedure of going abroad to study seemed daunting, and I was clueless about where to begin or what was best for me. There were moments when I even began avoiding his calls, just because of my own frustrations and doubts. But Lavlesh never lost hope on me. Rather than nudging, he encouraged me with tolerance and nudged me to remember why I began this endeavor in the first place. His constant guidance, encouragement, and clear explanations helped me gain confidence in my decisions. He didn’t just suggest universities—he took the time to understand my goals, my background, and even my hesitations. That made all the difference. What resonated with me the most was his sincerity. He was not just a counselor but a mentor and, sometimes, a friend who knew my plight and made me realize the bigger picture. Whenever I felt lost and considered quitting, his optimism provided me the impetus to carry on. Now, reflecting on that day, I see how vital his role has been to the course of this journey. University of Hertfordshire is not a name on my acceptance letter—it's the fruit of months of tireless efforts, mentoring, and support from Lavlesh. I can honestly say that without his encouragement, I may not have been able to make this life-changing decision. He converted my doubts into willpower and my uncertainty into clarity. Thank you so much, Lavlesh, for being by my side through every rise and fall. Your patience, persistence, and positive attitude are more than words can say. I will forever be thankful to you for making this dream a reality. I came to Shiksha with a dream. I was afraid, I was not confident, I just had a dream. To be honest, Shiksha wasn't even my first go to choice. I was just wandering around. After considering a few consultancies, I finally landed with Shiksha. What I liked the most, the transparency they maintained.
