Yes, Cambrian College Canada is a fully accredited and publicly-funded community college functioning under the direction of the provincial Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities. Because of this, its full-time post-secondary courses have been approved and are fully recognised by the Province of Ontario and the Canadian government. If the work (co-op or internship or placement) is a crucial part of students’ study program, then it is required to have a co-op work permit before starting the work. The co-op permit will list the employer as Cambrian College and will allow students to work for any authorized co-op work term authorized by the study program. The co-op education integrates on-the-job work experience with on-campus study. General, cop-ops are for 4 months. A few programs have mandatory co-ops whereas, some have optional.

Cambrian College charges a CAD 110 application fee. Students may select up to three Cambrian programs. Cambrian College accepts applications through OCAS. International students can pay their application fees via credit card or wire transfer online.
