University of Niagara Falls Admissions 2026: Requirements, Application Deadlines & Fees

The University of Niagara Falls is a relatively new university that came into existence in the year 2024. This is a private university which is for non-profit causes and is located in Ontario, Canada. Given below are some facts about the UNF Canada -

PGWP gives the right to an international student to stay in Canada and work for 1 year after their education ends. As per the official website of the University of Niagara Falls, Indian students are eligible for this if they meet the conditions given below - 

• Completion of a full-time programme of 8 months. All the UNF courses are designed in this way. 
• A minimum of CLB 7 or higher in English Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing. 
• You have maintained the validity of your study permit throughout your period of study
• You should not have gotten a PGWP before.

The application by international students should be made 56 days prior to the start of the classes.

This amount is paid to secure the seat and it gets adjusted in the first year tuition fee of UNF.

The University of Niagara Falls is a Designated Learning Institution. So, yes after completing studies in certain eligibile programs, international students can surely apply for a Post Graduate Work Permit (PGWP).

The students are required to apply for it within 180 days of getting their degree from UNF. Also, international students should not have violated the terms of their Canadian Study Permit.
