OTH Amberg-Weiden Courses 2026: Popular UG, PG, & Certificate Courses

There is no application fee at the OTH Amberg-Weiden. There are no application fees for applicants outside the European Union and European Economic Area. 

However, to apply to the winter semester international students pay the fees of €500 per semester. Also, they contribute €72 each semester to avail of student support services. UniAssist checks on behalf of the university whether applicants from outside Germany meet the admission requirements. The VPD containing information about the average grade and the courses/subjects must be submitted for admission. 

The money required in Indian rupees to study at the OTH Amberg-Weiden differs for different courses. For the M.Sc course, the tuition fee is INR 0. The insurance cost for 18 months is INR 18 lakh. The other fee is INR 54.6 k. The total fee is INR 1.77 lakh. 

For the MS course, the tuition cost is INR 0, the insurance cost is INR 1 Lacs to INR 1.15 lakh. The transportation cost is INR 1.03 lakh, the miscellaneous costs are INR 1.68 L - 8.4 L. The total fee is INR 3.7 Lacs to INR 10.57 lakh.

The English proficiency exams accepted by the OTH Amberg-Weiden are like IELTS and TOEFL.

1. An IELTS score of 6 and above is required.
2. A TOEFL score of 80 and above is required.

Most Bachelor's and Master's programs start in the winter and summer semesters. The application deadline for the winter semester begins on 1 May and ends on 15 July (for some Master's programs only until 15 June). The application deadline for the summer semester begins on 15 November and ends on 15 January. If there are still places available, the application deadline can be extended.
