Heather Glendinning McMurter Award is awarded at University of Ottawa to international students applying for various Masters courses offered across Master of Science in Biology etc. Scholarship will be awarded to single candidates. This is a yearly award. This scholarship cover tuition. Indian students are eligible to apply for Heather Glendinning McMurter Award at University of Ottawa along with students from all other Countries. Eligibility

• The applicant must:
  • be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a person with the protected/refugee status or an international student;
  • have completed at least one year of full-time studies in the MSc or the PhD program in the Department of Biology, Faculty of Science, University of Ottawa;
  • have achieved academic excellence in the field of environmental biology; and
  • not have received any other major awards, e.g. NSERC, OGS or FCAR
