INSEAD Syngenta Endowed Scholarship are offered at INSEAD - Singapore to those international students who are pursuing a Masters Degree. This is a Merit Based Scholarship, which is provided to only 2 students. INSEAD Syngenta Endowed Scholarship are valued at Euro 22500 for 2 students who qualify from INSEAD - Singapore. Also, the INSEAD Syngenta Endowed Scholarship is a one time tuition reducing scholarship, offered in the first year of Masters Degree only. In order to apply for the scholarship, students need the following documents: Essays. Along with the INSEAD Syngenta Endowed Scholarship application. The eligibility of the students to qualify for INSEAD Syngenta Endowed Scholarship would solely depend on the applicant’s admission to INSEAD - Singapore Masters Degree, his/her aptitude for an overall contribution towards INSEAD - Singapore community and of course the academic achievements.

• Applicants:
  • must be a national of an emerging economy
  • must have spent a substantial part of their lives in the developing world, in education and/or professional experience
• Applicants for this scholarship will need to demonstrate:
  • outstanding academic achievement and promise
  • aptitude for business and financial management
  • leadership potential and
  • a commitment to contributing to their country or region at some point in the future
• Experience in industry will be considered a plus

Essay Topic:

• Briefly discuss the requirements for successful business leadership in your country today. Describe how you envisage contributing to the future development of your country after graduation and why you should be considered for this award. (200 words)

   

• Briefly discuss measures required for sustainable agriculture in your country/region in the context of urban and rural development. Focus on what you consider to be the most important element (250 words)

   

• Provide a concise but accurate description of your financial circumstances as well as a cash flow forecast for the year at INSEAD (details of income set against expenditures). (150-200 words)
